Veterans Memorial Building — Attraction in Cedar Rapids

Little known facts: Aside from the building's notable history; the veteran's memorial; and the stained glass artwork donated by the Grant Wood, but they also host the local boxing club, VAM, and the Cedar Rapids Roller Girls roller derby team bouts. Don't think that I can say enough good things about this place. I had my wedding here last weekend and it was truly amazing. Nikee and her staff (Tony, Preston, Dennis) were all amazing! The staff helped in ways that I can't explain. They were accommodating, understanding and truly great people. The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and we received so many compliments on the venue and the staff was helpful in directing our guests.
