Completed my order on the app for 1 hour ahead to pickup on my way home. Forgot to put that 1 sandwich needed to be toasted. I called to see if they could correct, employees had not received our order and told us to keep calling back. After 50 minutes of calling back 3x and clueless employees they finally received our order 20 minutes before pickup. Employees had NO IDEA how online ordering system worked and we were met with very rude children working behind the counter. Our order was messed up royally. Read moreI've been to this subway a few times and none of the experiences have ever been outstanding. Today, I get my usual salad, and the employee making my salad didn't realize the blade of the roller broke in the salad. He passes the salad down the line . Fortunately, another employee noticed it before I could say anything, and makes him make a new salad. His customer service then turned from nice to obviously annoyed and tried to remember my ingredients I had in my salad. Needless to say, he got even more flustered when told "No, not that item" ...
Read moreWe went through the drive-thru and ended up waiting over 15 minutes for two foot long subs. Then when we got home we found out one of those subs was made completely wrong and they did not give us our receipt information. there was two people working and it was not that busy we don't know what they were doing at 6:30 on a Thursday night. This is one Subway I will avoid at all cost most likely. I will go to the other ones in town even though they do not have drive-thrus they are still a lot quicker...
