I found this establishment in search of donuts for my wife on Mother’s Day and let me tell you; this is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Cedar Springs. I ordered a dozen donuts, two trays of cinnamon rolls and got a cup of coffee; I’m not a big coffee drinker, but the house blend is fantastic. My wife and children were delighted with the donuts and cinnamon rolls, which were particularly fantastic; they were mostly gone within 30 minutes of arriving back home. It’s also a big plus they offer gluten free and keto options; I’m not supposed to have gluten, so it’s welcoming seeing Busy Mom’s offering this so readily and I’ll be sure to check that out the next time I visit.

I didn’t meet Sharon, but did have the pleasure of meeting Tom, who was a wonderful host while I was picking up my order. He offered me coffee, told me about what Busy Mom’s Bakery had to offer and we talked briefly about our experiences serving in the Army; I’m glad to see more locally owned veteran business on the map.

If you want fantastic baked goods, don’t go to a big box store or a drive through coffee place; come to Busy Mom’s Bakery and get yourself some goods that were made that day. It’s a locally owned veteran’s small business, so you’ll be supporting a family who has already sacrificed so...

I stopped in yesterday to get some donuts. First time going here. A friendly guy greeted me at the counter. They had no donuts. There were some cookies and things and 3 cinnamon rolls. I didn't want to walk out buying nothing so I got 2 cookies and 2 cinnamon rolls. The rolls didn't look soft or fresh. But in our conversation he talked about coming in early to make them, so i was hopeful. I didn't notice the stickers on the glass with the prices. My mistake! $4.50 a roll and $3.00 for a cookie. $15.00! The cookies were ok. Not great not bad. The cinnamon rolls were Terrible! Very Hard and extremely dry! There was no give to these rolls! I took a bite or two of 1 and tossed it and the other in the trash!! The rolls were maybe 3" around for $4.50!! After reading other reviews about how fabulous these cinnamon rolls are, I'm very confused. He never said they were gluten free or anything other than regular cinnamon rolls. So I'm not sure what kind of roll it was but it was bad. Had these rolls been 2 bucks I probably wouldn't have bothered...

I placed a pre order for a Christmas cookie decorating kit and cinnamon rolls for pick up on 12/24/2021 with the instructions to come in and pay/pick up the order during their business hours (they were closing at 2p for Christmas eve hours). I presented around 1p to pick up my order to find out that they sold it to a person who didn't bother to pre order, but instead just offered them more money for MY order. I was told by the male owner he called me "multiple" times and couldn't leave a message. This was a lie since I had one missed call and my voicemail works fine. I was not late to get my order. I followed the instructions I was given. I mean seriously...what kind of business practice is that? Maybe they should call it Busy Mom's Auction instead.
