Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cedartown

I wasn't going to leave feed back, but I feel I should. The past 3 times I've ordered from this store, the pizza has been much later than the time that has been quoted by the app. The first time was about 20 minutes past and the second time was 10 minutes past. So I've come to get used to it, but call the store to see when I should expect it since they mark things as being on its way by the tracker every time.

This time, it had been marked as on its way for 15 minutes on an under 5 minute drive to my house from the store and it was now past the 35 minute mark, so I called to check.

I asked for a manager and told her the situation and asked when I should expect it since the tracker is always manually marked. She explained that it had been done and no one informed the driver that there was a pizza waiting to be delivered.

I explained that this is very common for this store, calmly,and the woman manager proceeded to frantically tell me how it's "only 5 minutes late", and then seemed to have a freak out and tell me, unprompted, that they had just raised their wages, that she's understaffed, that she's worked 60 hours this week, and kept going. I couldn't get a word in edgewise for a moment while she went on. She said her assistant manager Nick was delivering it and should be there any second. He showed up and I was still on the phone with her and she offered me a 50 percent off coupon on my next meal.

I just want a district manager or someone to understand how unprofessional this conversation was. I felt very uncomfortable as she talked about their wages and how understaffed they were. I'm going to start thinking twice about getting dominos from now on, especially since there's a...

i placed a pickup order online, i went to go pick it up through their drive through i sat there. watched the delivery driver come back pick up a new order go deliver it and come back all in the time i sat there. 20 minutes goes by and a tall blonde with a tattoo on her forearm finally announces to her crew and asks “has anyone helped her” no one responds and she goes back to what she is doing and i sit there for 20 more minutes totaling out at 40 minutes and still no one came to the window to ask me what i was waiting on or to figure out why i sat in their drive through window for 40 minutes… i then decide to drive around and park and i walk inside the building to get my order and i see the same tall blonde with a tattoo on her forearm taking the order of the car that was behind me for the whole 40 mins i originally sat there for. this girl then preceded to find my order and tiptoe around to get her younger crew member to hand me my food and guess what my food was cold when recieved it because it was ready for a whole HOUR before someone decided to help me but i didn’t say anything to her or her managers. i could have ruined their night for them but they decided to ruin my day so i just left as a teen with anxiety i respectfully hope...

I will NEVER use this Dominos again! I spent 65$ on lunch & when I got to store to pick up I asked for a cup of Banana Peppers bc when ordering online it didn’t give me an option to specify anything extra ! The skinny man with glasses told me No. i offered him a $5 bill bc my 4yr old son absolutely LOVES banana peppers on the side when eating pizza . Yet he still said no . I told him why it meant so much to me to have them bc of my little boy looking forward to them … Nope still didn’t get them . Some people act like it comes out of their pocket ! I have 5 kids so we eat pizza atleast 3-4 times a month from this dominos & my bill is never under 60$ all dude had to do was put a few in the box that’s it.
