Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Cedarville Township

If you are a student, Chick FilA is unsatisfactory not filling as a meal with the meal plan exchange option. It is an easy way to burn through your dining dollars just to get a satisfactory meal that will relieve you of your hunger!! To add to the disappointment, they ask for your first name and last initial and then print your Last Initial in lowercase font!! I don’t know how many Emilys are on campus, but I’m sure there’s an “Emily I” somewhere potentially, and I am not that person. This has nothing to speak of the times that I’ve been called Emma! I don’t think the workers are able to hear most of the time, but this happens even when it’s not busy. Train your workers how to use a cash register properly. Chick-fil-A is too hyped up that they don’t believe they have to deliver good service...

Subpar food and overcrowded 24/7. There is a separate line for paying customers. The fries are always undercooked, the buns are always soggy. The tables are dirty and are cleaned only at close. Terrible system to receive food. Rude undertrained employees...
