Beans-n-Cream — Restaurant in Cedarville Township

This was my 1st time visiting this coffee shop, recommended from a local airbnb. When I arrived, the girl who greeted me was a not friendly at all even when I said hello she did not respond. My wife ordered her drink with oatmilk and expressed that she had a serious dairy allergy. She ordered her sandwich without cheese, again stating she had an allergy. We waited several minutes, and when the girl brought our drinks we asked her if it was made with oatmilk. She she said "no, that wasn't on the receipt." I again told her I had an allergy and she kindly remade the drink. She was the only employee out of the 4 or 5 that we interacted with that was friendly. Then they brought our sandwiches out. And and we asked if the one didn't have cheese. The girl rudely replied "well it says no cheese on the receipt.." So my wife opened the sandwich and sure enough there was cheese on it. There was no apology, she just took the sandwich and said they will remake it. Then after waiting several more minutes another employee brought the sandwich out and just handed it to us while glaring at us and not speaking. There was no "I'm so sorry we messed up your order." We were treated like we were a major inconvenience even though we ordered everything correctly, the staff just didn't follow instructions. The customer service here was literally awful! So I’m a super coffee snob. I stopped recently at Orion down the road from beans and they put ice in the most bitter “nitro” I had ever tasted. I decided to give Beans a shot and I’m glad I did!! I got to order online and pickup in store which I liked so I could look over the menu without a rushed feeling. I got a cold brew with sweet cream foam and it was hands down better than any I have ever had and 10 notches above Starbucks. Super impressed with the quality of brew. I come here often for drinks and food and I can say this is one of my favorite places to go in Cedarville! While I've never had their drip coffee (it comes from Crimson Cup, a Columbus-based roaster), I have had many of their hot and iced drinks, as well as some of their food, and I've never been disappointed! The service is fast and friendly, and the food/coffee is always top notch. They also have great local artists come in and play, so it is a great place to get in touch with the local music scene, or to just try out some songs if you want at their open-mics.
