Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Celina

Special instructions never followed when ordering - well done option never practiced,was in the place and watched after ordering, Pizza went thru regular and person didn't look at it just boxed and passed to register. This time I ordered it online well done and cut in squares. Pizza came not well done but also soggy crust, that's the worst kind of pizza,and cut in pie slices, why have special instruction spot when they don't look or follow it. When delivery driver arrived I asked about the two dollar delivery charge,not only does it not go towards them, but couldn't answer what the two extra dollars goes to-free money for Dominos? Also ordered wings,very tiny and mushy. Soggy pizza, mystery prices, and tiny mushy wings for $35.00 is not what I wanted when I thought of ordering a meal. Last time with them for a long while, buyer beware!! Update tried to order online big hassle then called to update, put on hold till it hung up, called again and canceled. Cooked hot dogs instead what a disappointment on customer service. I hope domino's goes to the hell kitchen where they belong. Duffy's in St. Mary's is the place for the best pizza hands down with...

I always love it when they do get the order right. I guess it always depends on the crew that is working. Some pay attention while other don't. I have ordered this everytime we order here because I'm not a pizza eater. This time it actually had more than 2 tomatoes and 3 mushrooms not to mention there was sauce on the whole thing and not just the top or one side like it normally is when I get it. I wish the crew that worked on Sunday January 7th, 2024 work there more often. Thank you all for the amazing food!! The pizzas were good too my family said because there was no garlic butter on the crust like we asked that they leave off and sometimes they accidentally don't read the instructions and put it on there.
