Drive through line was very long so I decided to go inside to order. There was no line inside. I ordered 2 iced espresso based drinks - both basic on the menu items, no fancy add ons or extras. The first drink I received within 3-4 mins. The second drink, I ended up waiting 15 mins for. It’s not that they forgot about it, it’s that it took the barista basically that entire time to “pull the shots” for the drink. I heard the barista making the drinks say “I’m only 3 mins behind in orders”, so why did it take so long. Ordering went fine, the struggle was getting my coffee while other orders were taken. Once to the window, I could see my coffee ready to go, and I was ready to pay. Yet the worker took three more orders and continues to gather other coffees while I was awaiting my order. This technique was causing the drive-thru to back up, more than it should have. It was almost 10:am, so it wasn't their morning rush.
Will give them another try, worker could have just been inexperienced...
