I've managed a Taco Bell, Taco Cabana, and a gas station and I have NEVER seen such a horribly run location, except maybe the Sonic in Prosper. It would take one competent manager to identify weak points and bolster them. It's a real shame, too, because it was word-of-mouth praise that led me here to begin with. Wish I could praise the food, but I have no idea what it tastes like. After being next in line for 10 minutes and then having you pull someone you know from the back to the front of the line so they can order literally 50 tacos while you all move slowly and talk, I decided to just get breakfast at Taco...
Read moreYou will have a better experience at taco bell sadly and i hate taco bell it hurts my stomach and makes me sick but i would rather eat there that ever eat here! I worked here a while back and at first I thought it was going to be a fun experience but I walked in with no experience. And Ms. V the manager just expects you to know things that were never taught to you. If you want to know why the employees don't know the names of any of the foods they serve its because she tells you once and expects you to just know. Our egg machine was broken and I was the best egg cracker they had and instead of putting people where they are needed to be she put them where they had not even been trained to do and left them unsupervised with little to no instructions and expects you to do it all in an ungodly amount of time. An example was when she tried to have me make 100 sandwiches in an hour and 50 of those sandwiches each took 2-3 minutes to make because if you've ever made a road warrior then you know it's not so easy especially if you've never made them before. I really wanted to see her make 100 sandwiches in an hour but I'm pretty sure thats nearly impossible. But things like this was on a daily basis. I really hope things turn around but reading the recent reviews I really don't think it has or ever will. This company is...
Read moreIt was great working at this establishment at first, Things started to go downhill after new management rolled in. We had a full staff of 10 people my fellow coworkers dropped out one by one leaving us with myself and another hard working employee. Respect to my 7/11 people coming through and always helping us out you know who you are if you’re reading this.
I started in April, As of yesterday I am no longer working for this company. Its sad to see a place with so much potential almost crash and burn this way. Management is the reason why we are understaff here, there’s no direction, it’s Not organized. I’ve had multiple customers on a daily my last few weeks here that have brought this to me and my peers attention, so it’s definitely not going Un noticed.
It was a pleasure serving the prosper public I’ve met some pretty dope regulars, I appreciate the ones that would work with us and give us time when we had a line out the door with only one or 2 people serving food. I hope things get better here I really do. So if you go here be patient with them and they’ll get you right! Thank you 7/11 and the prosper community for hell of a 6...
