Kim ordered a peanut buster then orders me a yummy banana split I haven't had in a long time. Lady very nicely says have a seat and I will bring it to you. Great. Sets Kim's order in front of me and my order in front of her. No big deal right we just tell the person thank you and we switch them our selves. Kim's starts eating hers I look down and at one end looks like a really good banana split, look at the other end and the bananas are black. I figure no big deal cut it off with my spoon and we're good to go, no big deal, take maybe four more bits and then look down again ( I haven't even made it to the chocolate surp in the center and it's black on both sides again. This time I am pist by now and pull both of the bananas that maybe have a 1/4 gone and both are black down through the whole bananas. So now the bananas are piled on our receipt that is in the middle of the table when the manager walks by with another person's order and just looks at the mess and doesn't say a word but about then I hear OH MY GOD what did that come out of your banana split (from my wife and I said yes ) so with them out of the way I figured I would try and at least eat some of the ice cream that was on top so I got something to eat as this happened around 9:00 pm or close and haven't eaten since 10:30 am this morning I was hungry. Took four more bits off the top of the ice cream and said I had had enough and I will just wait for you to finish yours. Kim bought done by then so I walked up to the counter after I scraped the banana mess in the cup and ask for the manager and ask her what she would do if someone served that to her she says ( I would be pissed and go ask for the manager.) I looked at her and said Wala here I am look. Her next words are I am very sorry sir and I said yea. This used to be my favorite spot to stop at when I come through town but as of now I am freaking done, never again will I stop at this place, never I am done. Went to restroom the left. Manager never attempted to address it any more. My fiancé ordered a blizzard which sat there for 5 minutes and they didn’t do the normal flip so my fiance asked a question about it to the manager on duty who was rude and disrespectful to him. They said that the general manager was coming in and which we thought she was working which she wasn’t. The general manager Jo who was not working at the time came up to him and was very disrespectful and said every time we’re in there my fiance always causes a problem. Which is not the case if they knew how to do their jobs there wouldn’t be a problem. Another thing we barely ever go in there and when we do they either mess up our order or they are very rude and disrespectful to us. I feel as if you’re not on the clock you shouldn’t be handling a situation. This proof an itemized receipt 🧾 showing purchase and still having to wait for the item I question. Another example is ordering a medium sundae and receiving a small sundae at a medium price. I showed the employee the size of container I should have received which is clearly shown at the counter and he would not agree stating the container is irrelevant and that he weighed the sundae.
