There are 5 adults. If each adult ordered their own pizza and a drink, you would think the cashier would ring up 5 pizzas and 5 drinks. But 45 min and 2 reminders later, it was determined that the non-itemized receipt only had 2 pizzas on it that Gracie rang up, even though she originally recited back everything we ordered to her verbally and not what was on the register. The store manager, Jamie, refunded the money to get us out of the store instead of finishing the rest of the pizza orders, and had her little kid running around with her toys and spilling drinks throughout the kitchen and play area. No one in the back wore gloves. The general manager, Kathy, was called, and literally said that they "Can't refund money and give out the pizzas because people kept saying their pizza orders were wrong to get refunds and free food." Yeah, and they don't call back the right orders at the register, which the cashier said she did but did NOT - 5 adults but 2 pizza orders (one being a personal sized pizza) being a little off, to say in the least, should've been the FIRST clue that the order was wrong. And they don't give back itemized receipts for card payments unless requested (?) then didn't check on our statement that we were still waiting on other pizzas after the second pizza was brought to the table (after the guys behind us in line both received and ate their pizzas). All around, to say in the VERY LEAST it was a very horrible experience to top off my brother's birthday who was originally supposed to have his gf's kids with him - which is why he chose the place. Previously, this restaurant tried to sell me a Lent pizza with pig meat on it and I'm Catholic. I got over it after educating the person - and I'm sorry if you ate it. I would definitely go elsewhere if you had a choice of pizza places. If not, choose the chicken place across the street. Would give 0/5 Stars for the handling of customer service if I could, and I'm pretty generous...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative star I would . My experience was overall very awful starting with ordering online. I attempted to order online twice to save time and to no avail I was forced to call. After calling multiple times finally I spoke with a male who informed me that my order would be available in 25 to 30 minutes. I decided to give them 45 minutes to complete the order just in case they were busy. I arrive to the store location on wax road and after paying I was informed it would be another 5 minutes, ok no problem granted the place had no customers . I wait 10 minutes before I go back in to pick up my order and the cashier is asking everyone where is my order. Turns out no one actually made my order and they expected me to wait for them to make the whole order after wasting more than a hour of my time. This was my first and will be my last time attempting to get pizza from this unorganized...
Read moreI grew up in Northeast Louisiana and Johnny's has been a part of my life for as long as I remember eating pizza. When I moved to Central, I was so incredibly excited that there was a Johnny's pizza minutes from my house again! The disappointment of this particular location is quality. The people are friendly, so I can't be critical of that. The quality of the product, however, is so much less than what I grew accustomed to growing up. The last order placed there was the order that I had to talk about. I ordered three Flips, an order of bread sticks and a cookie. While the Flips were great, we did not receive our dipping sauce for the bread sticks and the chocolate chips were put on one side of the cookie in a pile in an apathetic manner. Once again, I have been personal advocate for Johnny's my entire life but I can't recommend it when this is the quality...
