ONLY reason I am leaving 1 star is to be able to share what happened.
Without a doubt, the WORST experience coming here. Last night, my husband and son went topick up dinner. When they arrived in the drive thru, all of the lights were turned off as if it were closed. A few minutes of waiting for someone to come take his order, (with no one in front of him) he was "greeted" with a "what you need". He placed the order and it was silent. A few moments later he asked if she was still there and was told with the worst attitude, "pull up". He drives the up to the window and the girl says with same attitude the total. She takes his card and disappears for 10ish or so minutes. She came back and drops the bag and SLAMS the window in his face and walks off again. She not only gave him the wrong order, but did not give him his card back. He had to knock on the window and wait another 5 minutes for her to come back. It was clear how annoyed she was with him by the way she opened up the window and stared at him saying nothing. He tells her she never gave him his card back and slams the window AGAIN and walks of and does not return causing him to knock AGAIN. This time she comes back and threw the card at him. He checks the order and its all wrong. Not that we have ever received this kind of treatment anywhere before, usually one would keep the order and drive off. However, it was 8:30 after a long evening at the ballpark, we spent over $40 here and had small children to feed. The incorrect order was not something they could have eaten being it was spicy as well as the sides were sides our children do not eat. So, my husband now knocks a FOURTH time. This time, someone else comes and asks what the problem is. He explains the order was incorrect and at this point asks for a refund. The manager comes out and grabs the food and my husbands card and asks him to pull forward saying he will be right back. Now about another 15 minutes later (in this time, 3 cars have pulled in, placed their order, got their food and left) the original girl comes up to his truck where he was waiting with the window down, throws his card at him and brings him another bag of food (which we did not want), pushes it through the window, drops it and walks off talking about him. My husband didn't even check it or say anything. He just left. When he got home, the order was STILL incorrect.
This popeyes is not known for its professionalism, kind employees and correct orders, but nothing comparing to what...
Read moreI've tried this Popeyes twice now and twice I have been beyond disappointed. It is clear that the owner of this store is in no way involved (probably lives out of state). Every night they turn the outside lights off as soon as it starts to get dark. I thought this was a mistake at first, but I now realize it is because they want you to think the store is closed. They do not want to serve you. They do not want to do anything. The first time I went I went around 6:30 and I was told that the drive thru was closed and that if I wanted something I would have to go inside to order. I parked and went inside. All of the chairs were flipped and it looked like the store was closed. When I went to order, I noticed a very strong weed smell coming from the woman who took my order. Whatever. That's no biggie. The woman told me there was gonna be at least a 30 min wait for my 8 Piece family meal. I said, "no problem," flipped a chair, and sat down. I had my food about 8 minutes later. It wasn't very good and the fries were cold. That was about a year ago. I decided to try again today and more of the same. Lady on the intercom told me she was the "only soul working" and it would be at least a 20 minute wait for anything. I said, "fine. I will wait." And then she told me it would be ready in about 5 minutes. There were at least 4 people working when I drove up. It is apparent that they just want to discourage people enough to leave and not order anything.
This place is a disgrace to fried chicken, a disgrace to Popeyes, and a...
Read moreMy 95 years old pops wanted chicken on that day, he loves fried chicken. When I got there I was the 4th car in drive through. I sat in line waiting for the car at the speaker to place an order ,after 8 minutes I got out of line and drove around to see why the order was not being taken. I drove around and a gentleman was on his phone, I gave him a look and drove back to my spot, after about a couple of minutes he drove off without ordering đ. The next car in line drove up and asked the employee inside for another employees phone number who was not working that day, after 6 minutes the employee told the non customer to drive around for the number. The third customer drove to the speaker and waited 4 minutes for the employee to come back to the speaker. He ordered a 2 piece and drove to the window. Now, it took me 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. I could not believe the price change. I remember when, not to long ago, you could get a 2 piece dark for 2.99, 4.99 if you wanted it w/a sm.side ,biscuit and a drink . I was kinda teed off about the time it took in line and was ready to ask for the corporate number when the sweetest voice came over the speaker, my tempature lowered at that moment. I ordered a 8 PC family meal (almost 30 dollars ) and the young lady was very polite and read my order back correctly, I got my order in a timely manner and got back to the house 1.5 hours later. Popeyes is 10 minutes from the house. The chicken was not fried properly big chunky pieces of crispies, not...
