Restaurante La Mexicana — Restaurant in Centralia

Sooooo good. Moved to the area recently and I've been going through all the Mexican restaurants to see who's supreme. This place is up there.

I got a delicious steak burrito - fillings were perfectly balanced. Some places serve you a huge burrito but you end up with several mouthfuls of pure rice. Not ideal. But not a problem here, great flavor and great balance.

Also tried a steak taco and it did not disappoint at all. Prices were reasonable and portions were generous. Inside of the restaurant is a bit dark, so not the best ambience for a sit-down dinner. But for a night of takeout you can't go wrong.

So glad that I stopped in while driving by. Authentic Mexican cuisine that is fresh and flavourful. The tacos were amazing. Toured the menu to try as much as we could, Nothing disappointed coming out of the kitchen. Great tortillas and crisps. Fresh salsa bar with all levels of heat. The only disappointment was the gringo salsa (very mild) that tasted like it's from a jar and commercially made. The others were great though.

Just had an awesome meal at this Mexican restaurant and had to leave a review. The food was seriously amazing—super flavorful and everything tasted fresh. But the real star? The salsa bar. So many choices, all of them delicious. I probably could’ve just eaten chips and salsa all night!

Also, huge shoutout to Sergio—his service was top-notch. Super friendly, really attentive, and just made the whole experience even better.
