My dad passed in August 2023 and I am just getting around to writing this review (sorry it took me so long). Mike was so wonderful to work with. I only met him in person one time, but I was aware of everything along the way from my mom who lives there. Mike really helped make what is a very difficult time go easier. I'll always remember the hug he gave that first day. A complete stranger giving me a hug - the timing was perfect. There was zero pressure at all. He helped give suggestions and ideas when needed and yet was mindful to the budget. He gave us a very comfortable level of assurance that everything would be perfect and very well done. This was very important because my Dad knew craftmanship and that would have been very important to him. Well, everything is in place now (even earlier than originally expected) and I will say Mike was absolutely correct! It is absolutely beautifully done! It is comforting knowing my mom has something so wonderful to physically see when she goes to the cemetery to spend time visiting and remembering so many fond memories of times together. Centralia Monument customers service is excellent. My mother head stone date was done beautifully. I live out of town about 2 1/2hrs away. Due to the weather we had to wait so the headstone wouldn't crack during the winter. Mike addressed all of my concerns and most of all they were incredibly supportive over the phone with me. Mike Barrett promptly returned all my message and even went above and beyond sending me a photo of her headstone when the date was completed. Saving me a round trip of 4 hrs or more. I highly recommend them to anyone because of the caring and respect of how they conduct them selfs to assure me that my mother headstone was done beautifully with the utmost care and respect. If I could give them more gold stars I would. Thank you...
