Food: Cold, soggy fries, and the breading wasn't even on the fried chicken.
Atmosphere: We were in line for the longest time. Do not come during your break hours. I've learned the hard way multiple times. It's always been this way. I've been here a dozen of times. I don't even want to go inside because it's just obnoxiously loud for absolutely no reason what so ever. But I'm here to make a review finally because I had such a unique experience with their service.
Service: We went through the drive thru. There was an Asian person outside. It was a really hot day. The person taking our order was dripping wet from their vest. We thought it was sweat and they laughed it off, saying they had to keep it on because it keeps them cool. But they were soaked down to their pants even if you could barely tell because they wore slacks. Despite that, they were so optimistic about it and said it's better than ice when the breeze comes in and made like it was no big deal. The passenger was the one making the order, and you could tell they were mouthing out everything we were saying so I think they have difficulties hearing, but they read our lips perfectly fine and took the order like it was nothing. They were wearing a mask but it was still very clear. Just like how you can tell if someone is smiling under it, you could really tell that their smile was real with just their eyes. Our driver was a Spanish only speaker and at first, he told his daughter what he wanted, but then the server busted out in fluent Spanish and took his order directly. My mother only speaks Korean and when it came to translating her order, the server started speaking Korean back. I asked for their name and I won't butcher it but it didn't sound Korean. So I asked if they were, and they said they were Cambodian and speak Khmer. I went as far as asking if they were deaf and they said yes, then taught me how to sign thank you. That's five languages and that might not even be all they know? It's already so hard to find amazing service anywhere now a days, but when someone goes up up and beyond like that? Just to make it a little easier on someone even though we had to wait half an hour after we took our order. It left an impression, so much that I felt compelled to leave a review for the first time. Thank you for that. My mother wants to go back just because she feels like that was the first time someone connected with her since coming to America. It was very respectful and formal Korean, might I add. Even I don't know how to speak that proper. So...
Read morePlaced my order thru the app at 723pm for future pick up at 745pm. Enabled "geo-tracking" as recommended through the app so that my order would be fresh upon pick up. Arrived at 743pm and checked in with the cashier who informed me my meal was being prepped and ready shortly. After 15 minutes of waiting, I checked in with another cashier who again informed me my meal was coming out and will be bagged shortly. I recognized that they were busy with heavy traffic in and out of the restaurant so I tried my best to be understanding. After another 15 minutes, I checked in again and was told for a 3rd time that my order was finishing up. At approximately 825pm, I asked again for an update on my order and was finally told it's coming out and it was brought to the counter. I was told by another customer that they witnessed my order sitting on the back counter for a while. When I was asked about how long my order had been sitting on the back counter, the worker told me my food had been made within the last ten minutes and if my food wasn't fresh to return it and they would remake my order. By this time I had been waiting for 45 mins for a mobile order, I informed them that it was a take out order and I would not be returning if my food was cold after leaving. When I finally got home, my food was cold and needed reheating. Unacceptable service. Drive thru line came and went. Several other customers came after me ordered their meal, had a seat, ate their meal and left, all while I had to wait nearly an hour for an order that I made for...
Read moreWe ordered 3 combos, when we went to the front the lady handed us our drinks. 2 cokes 1 Dr. Pepper. It wasn't labeled so I had to remove the lid and try them all. The cokes were so watered down and had no syrup. So we asked the lady if she could give us new ones as the Dr. Pepper tasted fine. She was so incredibly rude about it and asked what else we wanted since we didn't like the Coke we told her it's not that we don't like it it's out of the syrup and needs to be changed and she just kept being rude and saying well then what do you want. At that point it was clear she wasn't going to refill the syrup. We got sprite instead and asked for light ice and she said well we're out of ice as if there was nothing she could do. The two guys were helpful and refilled it. She is the sole reason I won't go back to this location. Blonde hair, blue eyes-that's all I'm going to describe as I am not a mean person. Her name was Haylee or Kaylee no name tags on staff so was hard...
