Rico's Pizza — Restaurant in Ceres

I was happy with this place and liked their pizza most of the time but tonight when I called in my order for pickup I requested no onions, no bell peppers and instead extra tomatoes. They said it would be ready in 15 min. Well, we arrived and pizza was not ready, but they charged (as usual) ahead of time then said they were out of tomatoes. So they put salad tomatoes instead, which we approved but only about 6 tiny ones cut in half and placed around the center of the pizza. To make things worse, it only had a few pieces of chicken in the same manner...around the middle,the rest was nothing but cheese. I should have been told they were out of tomatoes when I called, but not even before paying did they say anything. This only shows a money hungry business, not one who provides customer satisfaction and good customer service even to longtime regular and very frequent customers. Not too sure we will buy here again. They may be out of cheese next time and...

Well I've passed this place more times that I can count and it just fit in my days plans really organically. For a Monday evening I believe a family just walked in before me and realized it was just us in there lol. Staff gave a great welcome, positive vibes, but honestly if you were to put a t.v like the one they have in the city dump with a football game on, I'd still have a good time lol (I am not comparing this business with a dump just to clarify) they have a smaller area with few games but I don't have kids so I didn't mind the limited options of Arcading. I did like seating area with alot of room from surrounding tables, and most importantly to me, I did admire the CLEANLINESS of the place!! The pizza was pretty good, not the best, but did fit in my price range! Overall happy customer : )...

Terrible service there was a rude employee funny looking woman which was doing weird faces looking at us and making funny of us. I also spend 400 dollars on food paid about 15 dollars for music she had the audacity to turn down the music, she also forgot to bring us things we paid for other employees were good it was just that one grown woman being disrespectful and also we had a spot reserved about a week before and they said that someone else has reserved it before us but the day before we called to make sure. If I could’ve gave you guys a zero star review I would don’t go here if u don’t like to be bossed around by a weird...
