Rally's — Restaurant in Chalmette

How hard is it to make a simple little cheeseburger the way the customer ordered it? Why do the employees have to be lazy and disrespectful to customers? I don’t understand why people even go to work if they don’t do a good job and do a good job that they can take pride in. I guess it’s why they work at a fast food place and not somewhere else where it takes having to use your mind and apply some effort to do a job that they can be proud of. I’ve had it with this Rally’s. I live 5 blocks away in old Arabi and I go to this Rally’s every single day. They made good money off of me. I’m a chocolate shake and swirl ice cream eating SOB. Every day I spent at least $20 bucks at Rally’s. Not anymore. I’ll just get my ice cream from Consecos across the street and save myself the frustration that I get from Rally’s. Look at the pictures. I ordered a rally burger with no tomatoes and onions. As you can very well see in the picture with the receipt. And in the other picture you can very well see what is tomato juices and seeds. Plain as day. Very obvious that all they did was open up the burger that again, obviously was already made and sitting there waiting on someone to order a rally’s burger so they can have it ready and look like they made a quick burger. But they failed miserably at this attempt. Cause now they got a bad review. Now they lost a customer that spent money every day. Now everyone who reads this review will see what kind of BS they do up there. Unbelievable. Just too damn hard to be a good worker and do a good...

This particular location has got to be the worst location. I wish there was a 0 star option with a suggestion to just close it. They close whenever they want to usually over an hour before the posted time says. The attitudes are horrendous. They act like you’re bothering them by wanting what you paid for. There’s 0 accountability. I get working in service is tough. The general public can suck, I’ve been there, but I am not the previous customer and I don’t deserve to have your attitude with them taken out on me. When you approach them with an issue clearly you are wrong. Don’t ever try online ordering. When you show up they will ignore you sitting there and continue taking orders from people who came in after you and those folk will get their food before you. Once you do get your food, it’s cold and if you dare say anything here comes the attitude. Never ask why they are closed when their site says they should be open, they won’t answer. They will just flat out ignore you and take off the headset. Seriously, why is this location in Arabi still open? Jobs? Clearly the people there don’t want to be....

If i was able to give zero stars i would have. I made a order on Door Dash that was a re delivery. While i was waiting i recieved a notification saying that my order was canceled and found out that they did not have me in the system. After making a call about the situation i found out that THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK FOR A RE DELIVERY, which explains as to why the LAST TWO DRIVERS that contacted me said that they could not get my order because rallys did not have me in the system, THAT THEY NEVER CHECKED ONCE. So please, if you ever order rallys from Doordash or Uber Eats, think twice. They will make you wait 2 HOURS for your food, just like what they did to me. And in case you want to know, It is going to be a LONG time before i even THINK about ordering...
