Well, today I tried one of the meal deals which comes with an ice cream sundae of your choice. I went with the chicken fingers and fries with buffalo sauce as my dipping sauce. Well, I can not lie, I did not care for my meal very much..I felt the fingers were quite salty. The best part of me getting my order was the very efficient and caring employee named Jerod who carefully made sure I had everything I needed to eat my to-go meal with out me even having to ask. I watched as he added my straw, spoon, ketchup, and napkins to the bag making sure not to forget anything. I really appreciated that. He handed me my order with a nice smile and bidded me a good day. He is a good reason to stop by this location because there are not many people who still give old school customer service like he did. I know, I have reviewed many places. My birthday only happens once a year. Received a coupon for Buy one get one Blizzard to celebrate. I advised the drive thru cashier about the deal before I ordered. Once I got to the window, I tapped the redeem button but nothing happened. It’s like the app froze or something. Because the app didn’t give me the code, the cashier stated I had to pay for both of them. I asked her to cancel my order then. Drove away and went to their competitor across the street, McDonald’s. We come here like twice a week and get pretty much the same order. Tonight was not a good experience. The girl at the order screen kept fighting me telling me that "I have to get toast with my order" ...seriously this our normal order we have placed probably 200 times. All we want is to not have toast that comes as some strange side in a chicken fingers plate. Next I had to argue to get the correct amount of gravy cups that come with the meal, which I know for 100% fact that 2 come with the chicken fingers plate.
