Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I was just ordering a number 12 and a number 1 which is the Philly with my elderly mother who was with me we. We’re getting two foot longs we’re standing in line it’s one worker so we’re patient I’m a manager at my job so I understand being understaffed but this guy was so rude to my mom for no reason at at she was with me ordering her own food and he kept telling her she need to sit down while she was currently ordering because we both placed a order then I just walked out because he was just so pressed on my mother being there for some reason I felt like it was racism because we were black and a she was older and I have ordered with him before so I seen him working alone and he had like 4 customers before us by hisself and he said that her standing in line with me while she was in progress in her order he already asked what kind of bread and sandwich she wanted and he said he was nervous because she was standing and All the food was covered couldn’t see no meat or cheese and it’s only 6:25 pm they close at least 9/10 and your out of EVERYTHING plus your rude as hell to your guests who were paying and patient Didn’t even have all the toppings that go with the number 12 turkey cali club and I still was willing to order knowing he was out of things but that man doesn’t need to work in that type of environment if he scared...

Literally the worst subway , this is the closest location to me & everytime I go in here it’s just lack of everything they seem like they don’t wanna be there . They never give u the right amount of meat or mayo or anything u ask for on your sandwich. & when u correct them it’s the biggest issue , this place needs to be shut down at this point . No owners or something . They are extremely rude ! I started doing mobile orders because I got tired of the attitude every time I went in there . But even with the mobile order they slight u on everything. They don’t give u what u asked for or give u less that ! I even go as far as paying for extra meat or cheese or Watever and they still don’t get it right...

Bad service and experience. Ordered on the app while in the store, to use an app only discount, the app did not have the sandwiches we wanted as options but they were on the board in the store. Had to make do and edit another sandwich - I added bacon to it at an extra charge and was given a single piece of bacon for the entire foot long sandwich. I didn’t have enough filling in my sandwich and had huge bits of bread on either end left after eating it. The woman working was rude and had very poor communication. There was a ladder lying in the middle of the floor causing a trip and safety hazard the whole time we were there. Drink machine was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been...
