I WAS a regular. I work extremely close by and I used to stop in almost daily and spend my money on coffee, breakfast, and tumblers. However, I mostly stopped patronizing Starbucks due to this location. I almost always placed a mobile order of the exact same thing (cold brew w/ sweet cream and a lot of sweetener) and would pick it up on my way into work. On numerous occasions (too many to count on both hands), I would taste my coffee and it would taste stale or clearly lack both the sweet cream and sweetener that I pay extra for when I order. And not a SINGLE time did any of these employees, who did greet me every single time I entered, ever warn me they were out of something when prepping my drink or ask if I’d like a substitute. I can also say it was rare for them to appear to be “out of stock” of my usuals when placing a mobile order, but I am unsure if that is due to any failure on their end. Even now, I try every now and then to maybe see if I can grab a coffee from here and it NOT absolutely suck and end up in the trash, and every time I’m upset I even gave it a shot. It’s just disheartening and disappointing to spend a lot of time and money on a big name company like this and be proven to be “just a consumer”. Today was my absolute last visit and now I’m here leaving...
Read moreI went to my favorite coffee shop "Starbucks" only to find that they had fired a fantastic Barista for a ridiculous reason. I don't work here I come here twice a day 7 days a week. The amount of things that are made wrong are thrown in the trash. Not always Starbucks fault, customer service first. You should be ashamed of your self for letting him go. He was one of your best customer service workers willing to make it correct. 95% of your Starbucks doesn't know how to make my drink extra dry. Less milk more foam, extra dry lots of foam no milk. The person you let go never made that mistake. Now you kicked him to the street took his $$ away. This may be my chance to a different way of coffee. I got this information from the store and was shocked to hear this. I support horrible workers getting fired except I think it may her not liking him thats...
Read moreNice location, but wow the staff is disorganized. I was there very early in the morning and there must have been 10 people working behind the counter. I ordered a venti coffee and they looked confused. From the looks of the counter, most people order complicated drinks and they forgot what coffee looks like. I had to explain to them I wanted a Pike Place right behind them. I sat down since they appeared to be crazy busy. I read a few work emails and realized 20 minutes had gone by and I had not heard my name. They couldn't figure out how to pour a coffee in 20 minutes. It took a solid five minutes to get their attention. These people avoid eye contact like a champ. The girl I flagged down told me something about their system not working and sometimes stickers don't print out. It sounded made up. I finally got my coffee, but holy hell did it take...
