Ianazone's Pizza of Champion — Restaurant in Champion Township

What the hell is going on at Champion Ianazone’s!? They must literally be rolling in the dough to not only turn down business because the driver said he didn’t want to deliver here (which I always tip good) and the rude girl that answered the phone said “We don’t deliver there, we don’t even know where that is!” Since when!?? You’ve been delivering here for 25 years!😡 After asking her how long she’s worked there (2 years) she argues that they’ve never delivered here before!

I have always bought all my pizza for school pizza party’s, family gatherings and to feed our kids growing up from them but hell will freeze over before they get another penny from me!😤

I’m so pissed when they couldn’t find Drivers that I still ordered and supported them!!🤬

I hope the owner knows what rude, lazy-incompetent people they have...

After an estimated wait of 50 mins was actually 1 hr 20 mins to get my food, I was given a price and paid with a credit card. I asked for a receipt thankfully and noticed they added a surcharge without telling me. I very nicely told the girl who rang it through that they really need to tell customers if there is a charge for using credit card, and I would have paid cash had I known. She was nice enough, saying she didn't really know, which is a bigger problem with management imo. She didn't tell the next 5 customers she rang out with credit though and none of them even got a receipt so bet they don't even know they got charged an extra 3% on their order. i’ve been going here for years and have always said it’s my favorite pizza. until now. they messed up our order which ISN’T the problem. the problem is the manager was so beyond disrespectful and rude she should never work in the food industry let alone with people in general. needs her job taken. she had the worst attitude when i asked if there was something we could do. she said she made the pizza herself and there was nothing wrong with it. i said i’d bring it in and she said she’d remake it and i can throw the other one in the trash. i asked why she was being rude and if this is how she talks to customers, she proceeded to say she ran the place and technically didn’t have to do anything, then hung up on me. beyond irritating and will NEVER eat their food again even...
