Taco Bell — Restaurant in Champion Township

This Taco Bell has truly fallen from grace. I had previously given it a three-star review because, while it wasn’t perfect, at least it was a somewhat reliable option when I wanted something quick. Sadly, those days are long gone. What used to be a “decent enough” stop has turned into an exercise in frustration, disappointment, and regret.

Every single visit lately seems to come with guaranteed mistakes. Orders are wrong more often than they are right. Simple requests like “no ice” in a drink somehow become impossible tasks for the staff. The level of incompetence is staggering, and the worst part is, once you’re in that long, slow drive-thru line, you’re trapped. There’s no way to escape, no way to back out, and you’re left sitting there, second-guessing your decision to come here in the first place while your patience drains minute by minute.

There are better choices in the area, far better. What was once a tolerable Taco Bell has become a location I cannot, in good conscience, recommend to anyone. It’s no longer about getting what you ordered; it’s about bracing yourself for the inevitable disappointment.

It's been approximately 10 years since I have eaten at a local Taco Bell choke-n-puke. You may ask, has it gotten better, the same, or worse. Unfortunately the food is about as close to being unfit for consumption that you can get. On a serious note, if I had a dog I wouldn't feed their substance to him, I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment. It's always my desire to be able to give a retailer 5 stars, and talk them up, but unfortunately that's not always the case, and Taco Bell fits that very criteria. The food was disgusting, the person taking my order seemed to have just crawled out of the ghetto, and the empty dining room was filthy. The meat isn't meat, I discovered that it comes in a frozen bag broken up into little pellets, then hot water poured over it to make it appear as if it were the same ground beef you would buy in the supermarket. When I visited their store today I ordered number two on their menu which is three Taco Supremes, and they were right it's supreme, supremely disgusting. This is easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s that I’ve been too. Every single time I order something it’s wrong, wrong meet, wrong drink, the drinks taste foul like the the tubes haven’t been replaced or the co2 is bad. Sprites are flat or just taste absolutely foul. The managers blame it on new employees instead of not properly training the new employees. But I’ve seen the same employees there for months. I’ve ordered 10-15 times from this Taco Bell in the past 6-7 months. Almost every order has been wrong. The manager was blatantly rude, stating “she knows the order was correct” even though I stated I just opened it and seen things on there I didn’t want. I mean it was right in front of me how am I wrong if theirs something on their I didn’t want and specifically requested not to be there. This is ridiculous. I know I’m one person, but the facilities are absolutely ridiculous on that strip. Something needs to be done before more people start actually leaving reviews like this.
