Arby's — Restaurant in Champlin

Every time I come here in order extra bacon on my sandwich and I never get it every time it never fails.They do always take care of it when I come back and make it complaint.But that's not the point.I'm sick of ordering something pain for it and then not getting it. Your employees need to learn how to take an order.And the people in the kitchen need to learn how to read off.The screen extra is extra money which means I get extra ingredient. I guess it's my last time going to this arby's because of that fact. I pay for a sixteen dollar meal to not get my extra ingredients. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let's start off with I was the second car. The car behind the people ordering. I sat and waited 5 min for this person in front of me. I order a coke and a french fries. I pull up to the pick up window or should I say behind the car who order a lot of food and I spend another 10 min waiting for a pop and fries. So I pull out of line go in side confront who I think is the manager who is oblivious to keeping things moving. I told him what I ordered and they should have had the person pull up so the could keep things rolling. His response "sorry nothing I can do we are busy " I was the second person to order. Came here today, thursday, June 5th, 2025 , at 4:55 p.m. we did a mobile order, and when we stepped in the door, the gentleman at the cashier, said oh I'll get it made for you, and he ordered it in the back. And I said oh no no, we're super early, he's like no or mobile order system isn't working that great. So he viewed my husband's order on his phone, and have the pork shredded sandwich made up without pickles, and then the other sandwich that my husband had, without pickles as well, and a free chocolate shake(birthday freebie) .
