Very, very disappointed. Young woman with dark long hair at the front was sweeping the floor as I walked in the door today. She greeted me and asked what kind of sandwich I would like. She proceeded to talk with coworkers, then dumped out the dustpan without gloves. I'm thinking shes going to wash her hands, then put some gloves on... I was wrong. She grabbed gloves and made my sandwich (which was also incorrect by the way...), whats the point of even wearing gloves if your dirty hands have touched the outside... today's day and age is no stranger to sanitation practices. Yesterday I put in a mobile order for 2 giant sandwiches, early dinner time. I walked in a few minutes after the time they were supposed to be ready and they were not on the shelf. They hadn’t noticed they had a ticket on their machine for my sandwiches and it wasn’t busy at all. They said 3 min for the 2 sandwiches, which obviously took closer to 10. First experience was decent outside of the soda machine being down. Went back today and had a terrible experience with the food. We order a super sub and just got ham. We asked for mayo and mustard, and they must of used a whole bottle of mustard on our sandwich. It was not edible! Also ordered the tuna, it was watery! Disgusting! They had a lot of new people training, so I'm guessing it was an honest mistake. We were stoked to get this place in the neighborhood. I hope they step up and make some solid changes. Won't be back...
