Arby's — Restaurant in Chandler

The food was fresh and tasty. It appeared that our front counter service member was relatively new and still finding her comfort level, which is to be expected. I only gave three stars because 15 years ago I was employed at Arby's in Goodyear Arizona under a manager named Denise Derby. She believed in customer service and thrived on a atmosphere that was happy and welcoming. When a customer entered we were always to say " welcome to Arbys or acknowledge there arrival in an upbeat tone. If someone rang the bell employees all said thank you as a team. This attitude reflected in the staff as we were all happy to be at work and enjoyed our job. We wanted our store to be successful. When we arrived at this location it was lunchtime. However only a few customers were there. Nobody acknowledged us until we were at the counter ordering. Although new, the service member at the counter never smiled or seemed to care if we were choosing Arby's for lunch or not. Not one employee smiled or seemed to be enjoying their job. Communication amongst staff was next to none also. A customer rang the bell upon exiting and silence followed as not one employee cared if they had pleased a customer. Sad to see such a depressing change from what I remember Arby's to be like. What happened to the crew here? They seemed beat down, unmotivated and careless if customers and service. Bring in Denise Derby she will turn this store around into a welcoming...

Came in today on 11/11/24, through the drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken bacon swiss sandwiches and I was rung in for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. After checking my bag I came into the lobby to have the sandwiches replaced and a lady named Mindy told me that I was wrong and I ordered 2 crispy chickens, I left the store frustrated and she followed me outside to tell me she had found my receipt and it indeed was 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches. As she was helping me at the register I couldn’t help but notice the stench of alcohol on her breath, and her behavior was very erratic. Eyes very red and glossy. She looked like a manager because of her uniform so I was in disbelief that she would come to work loaded. I come here often but I will be finding another place to give my business. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed and sad to leave my favorite...

We used the Arby's coupons. Husband and I shared the double roast beef sandwiches and got cheese cups on the side. They were hot and were so good. I like to open it up and eat several layers first because why not? And it's a huge sandwich. We like the cheese cups because we don't use it all on our sandwiches and can take the rest home and put on other things like breakfast burritos. My Mom ordered 3 sliders and fries. She can't eat that much but the buffalo chicken one she ate was really good and she ate half the fries. I had a couple. I love Arby's fries! One of the roast beef sliders went to the dogs and the other was eaten by our son. No complaints from anyone...
