Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chandler

Extremely rude manager. I was having the best morning. Just dropped my niece off to college the night before and wanted to enjoy some donuts the next morning. I pulled up to the drive through and proceeded to order my food and the guy who was taking my order which I later found out was the manger kept cutting me off as I asked if he got my order he just kept yelling yea yea yea I got it I got it I got it.. I was like dam what’s wrong with him… I said to myself why do people hate the jobs.. I pulled up to the window and he told me to drive straight through that he would not serve me.. so I’m thinking ok so your mad because I said you hate your job but you can treat me however. He refused to give me his name and refused to serve me. Completely unacceptable just weird. I can never under why people work in fast food or coffee shops with this type of attitude. It’s early in the month and people are trying to enjoy their day… there’s no manager number anywhere to report this behavior so I’m writing a review. If you as a manager care enough you should do something about this. This is ridiculous. If you don’t want to work fast food then find another job!! Also it shows what type of owner this place has when the owner doesn’t list a customer service number for complaints and for the employee to feel condor treating me like he did he knows he can get away with it. I hopped on over to Dunkin’ this morning so I could get some coffee and boy was I delighted. I usually give five stars everywhere, but unfortunately they were out of a lot of things by the time I got there. I completely understand though because they had a lot of customers! Which is always a wonderful thing around this time of year. A popping business is a good business. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a couple of years now and I love it because it has a drive thru & there’s very little wait time. Fast, efficient, and friendly workers!! Emma was very nice at the window today! It’s pretty cheap which is nice as a broke college student who just needs some coffee in the morning. I got a iced coffee because they were fixing their latte machine. The iced coffee was great, as is their iced lattes. Highly recommend coming here… it’s always delightful. You can also download the app and get deals and offers and earn points each visit. I always love a good deal… and a good donut....

My sister and I meet up in this store a couple times a week to talk about world events and usually are here a couple hours. The workers are friendly and we’ve come to know them over time. We always get iced tea and I get my avocado toast. The only gripe we have is 90% of the time, the ladies room toilet is not working. This has been going on for months. It’s also never very clean. I don’t expect the workers to be fixing toilets and cleaning bathrooms. They are handling food. The owner needs to replace the toilet! It’s cheaper than paying a plumber. And get someone to come in a few times a week and Clean the Bathrooms! We’ve started going to the Dunkin on Lindsay and Warner, but the Pecos store is closer. We keep going back, but we’re disgusted with the bathroom situation and end up at the...
