UPDATE 4/3/2013 After trying to give this location another chance I have once again been disapointed. I went today to get their $1 burrito w/ cheese "additional $0.99" for a grand total of $1.98, sales tax is LESS than 10% so let's just say it's 10%. That would put the sales tax at $0.198 "$0.20" for a grand total w/ tax of $2.18, really though it would be less and more in the area of $2.16 or so. They tried to $2.38. I don't have a problem paying $2.38 that's still a good deal. I DO have a problem with companies breaking the law by either not honoring their pricing or over charging on sales tax. At $2.38, that is about 20% sales tax. UH, I don't think so! I left my meal there and rest assured I will not return. I will be filing a complaint with the IRS corporate division on this fraudulent business practice this location has running!
If you want to eat at Filberto's, you need to go to Main Street & Sycammore. My work is over there and I go to Filibertos a few times a month with ZERO issues EVER. I believe this is a franchise which is why I will continue to give that location my business.
WOW! I have been coming here for a while. Tonight was AWFUL! Why? They are not honoring their prices! They try and over charge me intentially over $3 the cost of my meal! Then they said that's the price. I looked at the menu and that's not the price! The times ive gone through the drive through it was the menu price. Then to top it off, the Hispanic jerk was a freaking racist! Seriously? Your gonna insult me because I am white? Your in my country! I'm totally fine with that because I understand that things happen, but all three times they had the food ready to hand to me and then pulled it back after waiting 15 minutes for their machine to work and said sorry you can't have the food. I've been in the industry for 20 years and I would never even imagine pulling the food back and saying sorry you can't have this when the customer has been waiting for that long. I'm not asking for a handout but it's just common customer service. I guess the biggest reason why I'm angry is because my family was starving and we went there to get food and it happened for the third time. I will not be going back to this location just because I can't stand for bad service. We ate these at my house, otherwise I would have talked to a manager about them. Or possibly, just returned them. These were the worst Bean Tostadas ever!! They had hardly any beans. They looked as if someone spread a VERY thin layer with a knife. The beans did not even cover the entire tostada. The outer edge of the tostada was bare. The lettuce was heaped on, so that the ratio of lettuce to beans was way over-whelming. For Goodness Sakes, the name has the word bean as the first word. SOOOO GREEDY!!!!
