After living next to this Filibertos for a few years, I got accustomed to the occasional screw up on my order- but after today I will never be returning to this location. I went for two breakfast burritos: two egg potatoes and beans. My mother and I are lactose intolerant so we cannot eat cheese. When I get home, low and behold there's cheese, which I'm pretty use to at this point as mentioned. However there wasn't even beans. I drive back, explain this mishap, and request two new burritos. Insultingly however, they only offered at first to give me a side of beans instead of replacing the burritos. After explaining we have a food allergy, they begrudgingly agreed to replace the burritos.

Now I get home once again to find an incorrect order. The burritos are only egg and potatoes. Still no beans. I call them to see if they'll right their wrong and just give me a couple burritos on the House next time, because I feel I shouldn't have to drive back a third time due to their inability to provide the customer with what the customer wants. Again, insultingly they would only agree to replace one burrito on the house next time.

This is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable as a business model. They should own up and fix the issues with their own accountability and not burden the customer with the responsibility of their own failures. I will no longer be a patron of this business.

I agree you avoid the headaches and refuse to give them your business as well. There's a Los Favoritos only a short drive away on...

I’ve been trying burritos across the west and Filiberto’s has been the biggest serving of burrito that I have tried so far. Unfortunately bigger doesn’t always mean better. I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito and the veggie burrito. Both tasted like they were a day or two away from turning and the tortilla edges were hard like they are being left out and not covered. I heard the eggs being freshly cooked but the chorizo didn’t smell clean or taste appetizing. I’ve tried Someburros and another small mom and pop restaurant and the chorizo did not smell like this. For safety concerns, I didn’t finish any of the food.

The service was subpar, I was the only customer there and had been waiting for a while. I had already known what I wanted prior to entering the restaurant so when the cashier came to the front, I was ready to order. When they did, they didn’t speak and callously stared at me until I began asking questions about the food. This was 8 a.m. I understand it’s the morning and the mood isn’t there when it comes to talking to people but the look was unwarranted.

The space overall was lovely. The interior was clean, chairs well placed and spacious. I wouldn’t come back to this location, but am open to trying another. Leave suggested locations if...

If I have to microwave my burrito before eating it, we have a problem. And I live within a mile radius of this location. My burrito was cold and one end of the burrito was slit open, I can see the food. But it was all solidly in place, it wouldn’t fall out if I flipped it upside down because it was cold like it was previously made, someone canceled their order, stuck the burrito in the refrigerator for a while, pulled out about 20min before it was sold and bagged up and handed to me.

I stopped frequenting this location for a couple of years due to horrible food and service. It has gotten better as of late. I started up again late last year. Their cheese and carne supplier must have changed since my break up because it was pretty bad a few years back.

On a brighter note, I will say this has not been a common occurrence. I have had good, fresh, warm burritos here since coming back. There’s definitely still an inconsistency though. I’ve had regular sized burritos, I’ve had fat burritos like they use to always use to make back in the early days and I’ve had super thin burritos like they were running out of food supplies. On average, they are thin to regular sized. Mostly regular sized but you never know what...

After 4 weeks of not getting our order right, we’ve given up. The menu clearly says jr bean and cheese burrito on the Wednesday special. When I brought it up, the woman that took my order said it was for the regular bean burrito. Which last week when we went, they charged $2.20 to add on cheese to that, which is way too high. The jr bean and cheese is substantially smaller than the regular and for $6.18 that is just not worth it. We have been loyal to this location and were so hopeful that it would be better when new management took over-but sad to say we won’t be back.

MAKE YOU PAY FOR HOT SAUCE!!! They will only give you 2 WATERED DOWN sauces per burrito. The prices have been raised, but they won't give you enough sauce unless you want to pay extra. On top of it the container is dirty. I asked for the owners information, but they aren't allowed to give out the managers name or contact info. ANOTHER CHEAP BUSINESS RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER. Go to LOS FAVORITOS on Dobson and Chandler Blvd. The food is better and the sauce isn't watered down.
