I've been coming to this location at 1090 E. Peco Rd. Chandler Arizona.For 2 years now. This location is the most disgusting filthy fast food establishment I have ever been too! If there was a button to tap for 10 negative stars I would click it. Let me start off by saying I do realize there are Special needs employees there. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE! For the past 6 to 8 months I have noticed a change at this location for the worst! All of the employees are either young and have not been trained properly. Whatever supervisors or managers that are on staff day or night any day of the week have not been properly trained! On several occasions Whether I go through the drive-through or inside the establishment I always have a communication issue with these employees. I have to go inside after waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes because they would not take 3 separate orders in the drive-through they told me I can only do 2 so I went inside to order and I could not believe my eyes. The place was a complete filthy mess the floors were greasy dirty with black dirt on the floor register area was completely filthy with food and spilt drinks. Fountain area was completely filthy and unstocked there was only about 2 people in the seating area All tables were filthy. The staff was goofing off playing with their hair rubbing their noses touching food and money through the drive-through and serving the customers.There is no way to tell who was the manager on duty. All staff was participating in goofing off. Almost every time I order At this location, inside or out my order is always wrong. And I have to repeat myself several times and still they get it wrong. About 30 minutes ago I went through the drive-through to place an order for my kids. I ordered 3 # 2's Medium size with cokes. The person on the other side of the mic kept asking me what size. I repeated that 2 to 3 times. As she proceeded to cut me off.Then I had to tell her several times w cokes. Then silence. When I said hello. She was taking another order. So I started over. then she would come back on and say 3 # 3's large size. I said no 3 #2's med size. I asked her to please repeat my order. She replied, you want two dbl quarter pounder with cheese large size. Once again I had to correct her. Finally she repeated the owner back properly. When I got to the window to pay her. I could not believe my eyes. She was strung out on a upper! My kids asked what was wrong with her. She gave me a price of $30? I asked her to repeat the order back to me she proceeded to say I had 6 # 3s with a fish sand lg size. It took everything I had to keep my mouth shut At this point. She was all over the place talking on the mic saying hello is Anyone helping you over and over. I had to tell her that she was helping me as she was jumping around like there was bugs all over her. And she had electrical tape wrapped around each one of her fingers. And she was trying to scan my coupon that didn't work Until she finally stood still for 2 seconds to aim properly.After paying her I proceeded to the 2nd window I looked at my receipt and she charged me for larges again. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. After I told her what was going on she would not look me in the eyes I asked her do you realize there is something wrong with the girl taking the orders she said yes but would not look me in the eyes and proceeded to ask me about my order ignoring what was happening with the girl. She fixed my order. I asked her did you know the girl taking the orders is on something? she said yeah I said you need to remove her she replied yes I'm gonna take her off that window and put her somewhere else. I said yeah like out the door fired! My mouth dropped open. I asked her do you allow your employees to be strung out? she said no. I will talk to her. Still not looking me in the eyes. Nothing has been done to reimburse/ show remorse from neither the owner of this location or corporate. It has been months since this ordeal and luckily my son is okay- however I’m not okay with how the entire problem was handled. So- I decided I will be posting the disgusting pictures and horrifying experience all over social media and review sites in hopes people who chose Mcdonalds at LEAST dont chose this specific location...as even if your blind child chokes on trash egg shelled covered eggs on a breakfast sandwich, absolutely not a single person will care or action taken other than the $3 refund HA, offended doesn’t even cover how I feel. I am amazed by the lack of compassion and customer service, after multiple conversations with the manager and even knowing from her that the owner was personally made aware of my situation- she instead gave the insight of “we have insurance if she decides to actually go forward with a lawyer/ claim against us”.....
