PanchaKattu: A Culinary Oasis in Chandler Arizona Recently Opened Gem: PanchaKattu burst onto the culinary scene with vibrant energy. As a newcomer, it has quickly become a local favorite. The restaurant’s commitment to authentic Indian flavors and warm hospitality sets it apart. Cozy Ambiance: Step inside PanchaKattu, and you’ll feel like you’ve entered a cozy nook in India. The warm colors, soft lighting, and comfortable seating create an intimate atmosphere. Whether you’re dining solo or with friends, the ambiance invites you to relax and savor every bite. Sensational Saag Paneer: The Saag Paneer at PanchaKattu is a revelation. Tender paneer cubes swim in a velvety spinach gravy, infused with aromatic spices. Each spoonful transports you to the streets of Delhi. Pair it with fluffy basmati rice or, better yet, their Garlic Naan for a symphony of flavors. Garlic Naan Perfection: Speaking of naan, their Garlic Naan deserves a standing ovation! Soft, pillowy bread with a generous garlic infusion—it’s the perfect accompaniment to any curry. Tear it apart and dip it into the saag paneer—you won’t be disappointed. Panchakattu Karam Gobi: For those seeking a fiery kick, don’t miss the Panchakattu Karam Gobi. Cauliflower florets are coated in a tantalizing spice blend and crisped to perfection. It’s a flavor explosion that’ll leave you craving more. PanchaKattu Chicken Biryani: Prepare your taste buds for a fragrant adventure with the Chicken Biryani. Layers of aromatic basmati rice, succulent chicken, and a medley of spices create a symphony of flavors. Close your eyes, take a forkful, and let the biryani transport you to the bustling streets of Hyderabad. Parking Convenience: No parking woes here! PanchaKattu offers ample parking right outside the restaurant. Whether you arrive during lunchtime or for a leisurely dinner, you’ll find a spot waiting for you. Overall Impression: PanchaKattu’s dedication to quality ingredients and traditional recipes shines through. The friendly staff adds to the charm, making your dining experience memorable. Whether you’re a spice aficionado or a newbie to Indian cuisine, PanchaKattu promises a delightful journey.

I recently visited for breakfast, drawn by its reputation for serving authentic South Indian dishes. Here’s my take: • Food Quality: The idli was soft and fluffy, the vada was crispy and flavorful, and the poori was perfectly puffed and paired well with the potato curry. The chutneys and sambar were delicious and complemented the dishes beautifully. • Ambiance: The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, though it can get quite crowded during peak breakfast hours. • Service: This is where they fell short. The service was noticeably slow, and despite the food being worth the wait, it can test your patience if you’re in a hurry. It seems they could use better management to speed things up. • Value for Money: The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food, but the slow service slightly dampened the overall experience. If you’re not in a rush and are craving a good South Indian breakfast, this place is worth trying. Just be prepared to wait a bit for your order!

Great food at the cost of bad bad service. I would give a lot of credit to the chef for the great-tasting food. I feel bad to say service is terrible because those two kids are running around doing all the chores - serve, clean, take orders, manage online orders, and be at the reception all at once. It’s purely the management/owners' fault for creating a horrible service and putting it all on the limited staff. If anything I must shoutout to the staff to still trying to manage the load with smile on their face. They truly deserve the tips, but god knows if they actually will get it. Ok now the food. Pretty good all around, I have tried various dishes - chicken, shrimp, starters (veg and non veg) and almost everything was great. The food is a bit on spicier side so order mild if you need to as medium is also spicy. Give it a try but go with expectation that you may have to wait to get served.

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience with Panchakattu Indian Cuisine. During my recent visit to Phoenix, I dined at Panchakattu Indian Cuisine multiple times.

If you're a fan of authentic South Indian cuisine with a touch of gourmet flair, Panchakattu Restaurant is a must-visit destination. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm ambiance and the promise of a memorable dining experience.

Starters: Begin your meal with the Karvepaku Chicken, a delightful starter that's seasoned to perfection with aromatic curry leaves and spices. It’s tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The Double Cody Fry is another standout; each bite offers a crispy exterior with a succulent, flavorful interior that leaves you craving more. The Chicken starter is equally impressive, showcasing skillful seasoning and cooking techniques that highlight the richness of the meat.

Main course When it comes to the main course, Panchakattu really shines. The Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani is a masterpiece—a fragrant, spiced rice dish layered with tender chicken that’s cooked to perfection. The blend of spices and the slow-cooked method give it an authentic taste that transports you straight to Hyderabad. The Talapakattu Mutton Biryani offers a different twist with its unique blend of spices and flavors, providing a delightful variation for biryani enthusiasts.

For those who prefer something heartier, the Butter Naan is the perfect accompaniment to the Pancha Kattu Special Goat Curry. The curry is rich and flavorful, with tender goat meat simmered in a luscious, spiced gravy that’s just the right amount of indulgent.

Dessert: To round off your meal, the Kulfi is a refreshing treat. Its creamy texture and rich flavor make it the perfect end to a fantastic meal.

Overall, Panchakattu Restaurant excels in offering a blend of traditional and innovative dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. The combination of exceptional starters, flavorful biryanis, hearty curries, and a satisfying dessert ensures that every visit is a delightful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal in a...

Let me start by saying this place has the potential to be an easy 5 stars across the board. The food is absolutely the best Indian food that I’ve ever had. The serving plates and bowls are beautiful, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

It was our first time in and it will definitely not be our last. There are many Indian restaurants nearby but none of them come close to this one in flavor, portions, or price. I am rooting for this place to become a big success.

My hope is with a few improvements, that can be possible. The service was very slow with multiple folks doing multiple jobs. It felt like no one was assigned to certain sections or jobs, and this resulted in delays and confusion. Our water needed refilled after our appetizer and was never refilled for the entire meal. Once we were done with our meal, several people walked by and a few stopped to ask how things were, but none acknowledged we were done or needed the bill. In the end, we had to flag someone down to get to go boxes and then another person to pay.

There was a very nice gentleman who seemed to be the owner or manager, you were absolutely wonderful. Definitely give this place a chance because the food is fantastic! This place is fairly new and it does take time to hit your stride. Maybe just give yourself some extra time in case service is slow. One other comment is that some ambient music would be wonderful.

We had the samosa chaat, chicken saag, and the Panachakattu Karam Chicken Biryani. We also had chai which was so rich and delicious as is, it didn’t need sweeteners. I cannot stress how delicious all of these items are.

It is so nice to have a new restaurant near home that we can frequent. Keep up the good work and welcome to the...
