I went in today to get my lunch. They open at 10:00am so I arrived at 10 so my food would be fresh. The doors were lock and the guy just kept looking at me and didn't even say one moment or anything. 10 minutes later a girl opened the door. Went up to the counter to order my food and the girl had an attitude and was rude and all of the food wasn't even ready. Went to pay the guy was rude and didn't even talk to me or ask me if I needed anything else. I added I needed a drink and he just looked at me with this blank look. I was like can I have a drink please. He finally gave me my cup. There was another customer waiting to be help after I got down and he proceeded to finish what he was doing in the kitchen and didn't even knowledge him. Who knows how long he had to wait. This time, I said something about wasting my time, and the employee there responded, "It's 30 minutes to close, man." Why wouldn't you start breaking down the kitchen at 9 then? He walked nearly half a mile in the Arizona heat to get it, but when he arrived, the employees refused to give him the food because he didn’t have an order confirmation. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say one was required. He offered to verify his name and the order, but instead they mocked him, made rude gestures, and laughed with coworkers while he tried to reach me (I had just boarded a flight).
