Randomly went to Taco Bell today to go get some Israel Locos taco supreme, and the sign says that about the tacos are $1.1 1.79. So in my head I’m thinking the tacos are like $1.79 whatever time is going based off of the board and the lady says at the dock the tacos were eight dollars + forgot where would you get eight dollars from when the board says something completely different so when I get in and I talk to the guy and everything, the guy basically tries to come at me incorrectly and his name is Donnie Donnie or Danny and he says well it’s common sense so I try to explain to him you have to honor what your sign says. You can’t say some is common sense when you have a typo on your board that says something is one point something something because my eyes aren’t looking at the entire. My eyes are looking for an extra decimal. My eyes are only looking at the beginning part of the price so instead of Honoring that price that I see were, they did confirm that the board was messed up. He decided he wanted to banter with me a little bit and try to correct me and tell me it’s common sense. Nothing in this world is common sense and you can’t expect someone to understand your thought process or understand what it is that you’re coming from when you have some Played out it’s all about customer service and making the customer experience better rather than trash and people are just a little too focused on the right, rather than hearing what the customer has to say and making sure that they just overall have a good experience so I didn’t appreciate the way that he was coming at me and trying to make me feel like I wasn’t competent enough to understand how to read a price tag way that your sign is miss printed and you expect someone to use your common sense to see that it’s $11 when I wasn’t even ordering an actual...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Taco Bell restaurants I have been too in a long time. I was stuck going to this location on more occasions than I wanted to only because it is so close to my home. The food quality is just awful they seem to use old crusty beans, stale tortillas and the list goes on. On two occasions I was handed the wrong order at the drive thru window the first time I got all the way until I realized, the second time I was wise enough to check my order before I left the parking lot. On both occasions the employees we very unapologetic and almost seemed irritated I brought the orders back. Back to food quality and overall presentation, just horrible. The food is very sloppily put together usually with more in the wrapper than in the tortilla or shell. Several times the tortillas on my bean burritos were stale and crusty. Food has been missing ingredients etc. The employees are mostly young kids and it is evident that they lack leadership at this store. It boils down to very poor management on all levels. I managed a Taco Bell many years ago and I can say with confidence that my store would never serve food like this, nor would my employees be so non-engaging or as untrained as the ones at this store. Do I expect anything here to change with my review, no I don't. What I do know is I will not spend one more of my dollars at...
Read moreThis was my second time eating here (out of convenience). Picked up food several times as a Door Dash Delivery Driver. This Taco Bell is a joke.
As a delivery driver, you're always the last one helped by anyone. I don't think they understand that we get paid by delivery, not by hour. It costs us money.
As a customer, 1st time ordering my own food. A group of teenage boys working were disrespectful punks. Tried to call the manager on shift just to have them hang up on me, then to have them point and laugh at me while I was trying to call someone in charge. My wife finally told me to leave. There are a lot of retired people in this area. I would come unglued if the punk kids showed the same disrespect to the retired community.
Months later
Second, go around, drive through girl was impatient while trying to figure out what sounds good on the menu. Then, when we receive food, they don't package anything correct. When you unrolled the burrito package, the burritos were open on both ends, and everything spilled out onto your lap. Hard taco had all the ingredients on one side of the shell. All were very skimpy on ingredients, FOR THE PRICE PAID.
I think it's a lack of management or one of the kids, parents' franchise's this location. So they think they can act a certain way and get...
