Terrible experience I don't understand. I ordered a JR. Jumbo jack and value fries for my 10 year old he was very disappointed in tears when we got home only to find out I had to go back because we received 2 tacos instead when I got back the girl there knew exactly who I was I gave her the food in the bag and the receipt and advised her I needed new fries as well because the others had gotten cold she advised she could only replace the burger I advised her that my son didn't want to eat child fries she stated that he could have just ate the fries or that I could have turned around before I got home I advised her we didn't see the order was wrong until getting home I advised her she could have gotten the order right first I continuously asked to see the manager who never came to the window I've had a long day and was too tired to get out the young lady laghed at me in my face and closed the window in my face while I was speaking instead of giving me new fries she gave me my money back this is not the first time I've had a bad encounter with this store I only went because of my son this store is poorly ran and I feel like all of the employees need to be formally trained for customer service empathy and taking ownership of their mistakes next time I will be recording my encounter so that Jack in the box can know how horrible the employees really are at this location if I could give zero stars I would I am appauled...

Spoke to the shift MGR about replacing food that my family and I received that was dissatisfactory. The food was displeasing and we wanted it made fresh. The MGR was friendly on the phone, said that he would be willing to help out and replace the food. I thought this was excellent service.
After driving their on my lunch break however, when speaking to him he (maybe because of my skin color) decided to deny what he just said on the phone. He told me he would not replace anything and offered me a drink. Seriously, a drink when he had promised to replace our food. The items that I asked to be remade were two of the mini taco box orders and a jumbo jack. We wanted the food fresh and the specifications correct for the burger. We all make mistakes as humans, but for him to literally have me drive down to his shop and deny me once I was already there.
Was not only embarrassing, but a waste of time and money. I told him, that he could've advised me he'd be unable to assist when we were on the phone. He responded, "yes, but I wanted to see you." Please someone educated this man on what proper service is, we understand that the position if fast food, you may deal with customers all the time, but I also deal with customer service and their is an expectation on how to...
Read moreSorry to say it used to be my favorite place but I've given it every chance I could. EVERY TIME the food quality is AWFUL. Never fresh, never hot...and often burned or been sitting under heat WAY LONGER than it's supposed to be.There is no motivation to make a fresh, hot Burger.... that's all I wanted! The last time I finally got so annoyed I drove back and demanded a fresh hot one. The look the guy gave me and the SUPER SARCASTIC "enjoy your burger!" almost made me afraid to eat it.
I really love(ed) the menu at JITB.....and it was months ago since I was there so I could try again, but if it's not consistent it's like gambling. I want to enjoy a good meal and relax.....not gamble on frustration and wasted time. I lived in Eastern Europe for over 10 years and I was so excited to come back home where I would get "proper service" and Jack in the Box totally disappointed me. Years ago they were the best burger place around they've really gone downhill at least at this location. It's too bad cuz it's conveniently located near my home. So I actually go to Del Taco now for my cheeseburgers which might sound funny even though it's not as big of a burger and everything but at least it's made with fresh ingredients and it's hot and the service is awesome over there.
