McDonald's — Restaurant in Channahon

This McDonald's is okay, however I always have to wait for French fries. I thought it is the fastest and easiest thing to make, however, if you order more than 2 orders of fries, you will be there for 10 minutes waiting for them

Update: This Mcdonalds has newer employees and they all suck. Couple weeks ago ordered a filet o fish. They gave it to me with a quarter size dollop of tartar sauce, when I asked them to add more, they put so much in it that i had about a quarter of a cup I had to scrape off. When I asked the girl who the cooks name was, she said she didnt know. When I asked again she said Esai. The next day I brought it to the managers attention and she seemed unfamiliar with the name. Fine!!, I let it go, but I picked up some food on my way home today for my kids and ordered some burgers and 2 medium fries. When I got home the fries werent in the bag. I live 20 minutes away, Gaby offered to replace, but there was no offer of an upgrade to large for my inconvenience, or for the bum meal my kids got, or for the gas I wasted, no free cookie, nothing! Just got two orders of medium fries, not even filled to the top!!! Not the first time this has happened, but the old crew at least was more apologetic and offered a free something for my inconvenience. If you are gonna stop here, check your stuff and make sure they fill them...

It was a cold winter night, me and my friends needed to grab some food to bring back to the house. News flash, Mercy Black ate all the chicken at home, but anyways… We got there around about 11:30 pm and there was 2 people in line in front of us, but let me tell ya whoever was in that car in front of me has to have an OG Bobby Johnson cause it smelled like a weed farm. My disabled friend has an allergic reaction to weed and it’s not good luckily nothing happened with that. When we ordered our food the dude was pissed for no reason, I heard a barbarian deployment sound through the microphone I guess he was getting a 0 star on that attack. When we finally got our food they literally forgot 5 quad Mac’s but gave us extra fries instead??? A little silly if you ask me, also tell me why one of the employees literally looked like one of the Goosebumps HorrorLand ops. Luckily this location is right next to the highway so like if you ever are going 144 and need a bite to eat I mean if you have NO other options at all you can settle for this -69 rating here but yea, unbelievable. I definitely won’t be coming here unless I’m in cardboard 3...

Don't waste your time or your money! This is by far the worse McDonald's there is, they make up there own prices as they see fit to try and rip you off. Stopped in there today, ordered 2 Sausage and Egg Biscuits they wanted to charge me $8.94 cents. On the wall it said but one at regular price $3.49 get the second one for $1.00 more. The manager is a rude and obnoxious person that needs to go back to corporate and be retrained. I refused to accept the order and instead ordered the two sausage and biscuit special 2 for $2.00 and she treated my daughter and I like garbage. The McDonald's is inside a BP Gas Station that they share together space together, the place is filthy and smells of mildew. The restrooms look and smell as if they haven't been cleaned in months if not longer. Plastic bags over the urinal, the sink was disgusting. Floors were sticky to walk on. So if your headed west on Route 6 there is another McDonald's about 3 1/2 miles from Interstate 55 which was much cleaner. We ended up stopping there and getting lunch on our...
