Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Charleston

This place has really gone down hill. We came here regularly when Nick was the manager. Tonight we called to order a pizza, the manager was "Casey" and she happened to answer the phone. We tried to place an order and while we were in the middle of our order she put us on hold but actually hung up on us. My husband then called back and she yelled in the phone rudely, "HOLD". So I took over the phone call after that because I deal with the problems. She gets back on and I said I didn't appreciate the way she yelled at us to hold after hanging up on us. I told her to cancel my order, I was taking my business elsewhere and that I would be leaving a review. She then proceeded to laugh at me and say, "yeah, I really don't care." She clearly lacks social skills and should not be managing anything because she can't even manage herself. She was extreamly flustered the entire phone call. Hopefully you get yourselves a new manager in there that "Does care" so we may return. I'm afraid if you don't, you won't be able to keep your doors open much...

Bill was $50 . Pizza undercooked, missing a large item and the deliver people made the door delivery situation extremely weird and awkward. When I called they didn’t like the complaint, accused me of yelling when I wasn’t and hung up on me 3 times. I finally asked them to just refund my money and they said we will see and hung up again. Extremely rude and ridiculous!! And still haven’t got the rest of my order. Will be waiting for corporate to call me back. I highly suggest not to go here. The manager was the rudest of all. You don’t hang up on customers and you always try to make the customers happy. Especially if the entire order was a complete mess up. She stated the customers are not correct and they don’t work for us!! It’s sad that customer service is a thing of the past these days. I highly recommend Paglias. Or even gas station pizza...

We ordered an Italian Beef with Xtra beef, a Chef Salad with extra cheese and ham, an Antipasto salad with extra pepperoni, extra green and black olives, and an order of Peperolies. Our first deliver had the Italian Beef and Peperolies, beef bun extremely soggy, Peperolies luke warm at best, no salads, my husband talked to deliver guy and also called, when the salads were delivered I did not get extra ham, only extra cheese, and no Antipasto salad instead it was a garden salad with olives on the side and pepperoni on the side.
