Trapp Xpress — Restaurant in Charleston

Wasn't really expecting much🙄 to be honest but my husband really wanted to try it. Pulled up to a lackluster building, in a not so great part of town, so my expectations sank even lower. There was only 1 guy doing the cooking 👨‍🍳🔪and waiting on the counter. It took a good 15 mins before he came up front but I could tell he was pretty busy. Boy am I glad I didnt interrupt the🪄 magic 🎩going on back there. My husband got a lobster roll and I had the 🎣fish & 🦐shrimp. Let me tell ya something, I am a bit of a seafood snob at times, surprise surprise, but THIS....This is nothing to turn your nose up to. I'd walk through the worst part of the city, in the dark, to get more of this stuff if necessary. That mac&cheese, OH & the 🌽corn...to die for. The roll was plum full of chunky lobster and the fried stuff was perfectly breaded and crunchy. Now Ive just made myself hungry and dinner plans for later. Keep up the magnificent...

Food is priced accordingly however they overcharged me by 14 dollars thats after sales tax. I didn't say anything at the time but I will not be going back, if they need the money that bad the best thing I can do for myself is never give them another penny. Just found this amazing little restaurant and was immediately greeted by the nicest & warmest folks. Got takeout food & can honestly say it was awesome. I know I’ll be a repeat customer.
