Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlestown Township

This location is in the same parking lot as the new Marriott, just across it, so I'm sure they'll get plenty of hotel traffic. There are two entrances which are kind of hidden on the sides. They opened less than a week ago, but the staff was attentive and friendly. There are signs indicating they are hiring, and had only two people I could see working. I order a jug of coffee to go and a dozen donuts, and had to wait about 5 minutes. As I waited a line of 5 people queued up behind me. I think for a store in this location two people won't cut it long term, but once they're staffed I'm assuming service will improve. The location makes their own donuts, so it'll be an improvement for the area since the location further down seems to have theirs delivered in the morning. Hi - usually I don’t post reviews as I don’t want my opinion affecting someone. But this DD made me go thru.

Very very rude behaviour over this weekend (02/25) , especially guy on Bluetooth who doesn’t speak well and doesn’t know how to treat customers is being kept on register to take orders. I literally had an argument as he was not taking the order properly and commenting something in his native language. So I got irritated and ask him to call his manager and even his manager is not at all ready to listen and he is backing the guy on Bluetooth. So I had no choice left ,cancelled my order and walked out. Even the place was not hygienic. I would never go back again.

I request everyone to avoid this DD , so that it wont ruin your day.

The second I walked into the store, I see the person working the counter on a call with someone else in another language. When I said I wanted munchkins, he yelled at me in some random language. I asked him to repeat and he screamed "5 or 10 munchkins!" I said 10, and so he went to the wall with the munchkins and yelled in some random language again. I assumed he tried asking what munchkins I wanted so I said powdered sugar. He just looked back at me so I thought I was supposed to order another type. I said pumpkin and so he put only pumpkin munchkins in the bag and threw them to us without saying anything. Terrible service, but those munchkins were worth it(even though we didn't get what...
