R.I.D.I.C.U.L.O.U.S, absolutely ridiculous. Stopped here on my way home from the airport on the night of 7 Aug 24. I'd been overseas for a couple of weeks and had a serious craving for a country ham biscuit and a Cheerwine from BoJangles. I pulled into the drive through a little after 8 pm. The gentleman greeted and said "we won't have any chicken ready for 20 minutes". I said "That's OK I'd like a country ham biscuit and a Cheerwine". He replied "We don't have Cheerwine." Me. "No worries, I'll have a sweet tea instead". Him "We're out of sweet tea, but I think we do have Cheerwine". Me "OH good! Cheerwine and a country ham biscuit please". Him "Sorry we are out of country ham". A bit disappointed but not dismayed "Then I would like the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and BoRounds $5 special and a medium Cheerwine, please." He replies "OK please drive up". I did, only to wait through three songs on the radio for the vehicle in front of me to receive their order. I'm starving, it's getting late, I'm tired from traveling and still have an hours drive ahead of me but things are looking up...WRONG! I pull to the window. The young man nicely asked me to repeat my order. "A bacon egg and cheese biscuit, with BoRounds $5 speclial and a medium Cheerwine." His reply "We're out of BoRounds" Me Forget it!" and I drive across to McDonald's. It's not the poor guy at the drive through's fault, unless he was totally messing with me, but seriously no chicken ready, you don't have sweet tea, may or may not have Cheerwine like othe BoJangles do, and you don't have BoRounds. Seriously who's responsible for the logistics of this restaurant? That was a complete lose lose. Hopefully my next stop here...
Read moreKEEP DRIVING...BEYOND DIRTY...I was compelled to go to this location rather than freedom drive. I went in the drive thru started to make my order but I wasn't satisfied with a computer taking my order; I needed human communication. So I parked and enter this establishment and left out between 6:05- 6:07a.m. No one greeted me. 2 guys was running drive thru; and it wasnt busy to be so rude not to even look at the door or greet me; Not a care of who just came in or left out; the door bell seems like the only thing that does it job. The place was beyound unacceptable. Dried up rice splattered on the serving / clear display from the night before. Nothing cleaned or wiped down, floor wasnt moped, no lobby lights. You can tell they just turned the key to lock the doors the night before. Not a rag, not a mop not a broom in their vocabulary.... Everything screamed shut this place down and it's sad because its near the airport. If I was an inspector it would of shut this place down the time I open the door and seen such display of dirtness; 93% WOW...That's an understatement; not a good grade in my eyes and it looked like a 20% and that 20% is door the door bell working correctly. God directed me right because; I surpass a car accident if I would of went to my original route / location which is freedom drive. GOD IS GOOD. THANK YOU UNIVERSE. Freedom drive location was Clean through and through; they food was not fresh as I would of liked it; but it was...
Read moreI chose to go through the Bojangle's drive-thru because I was heading back to Durham after a colleague and I finished a work conference. I pulled up to the speaker and as I'm looking at the menu, the girl says, "We're short staffed". My colleague was ready to order so I politely said to the girl, "Just let me know when you're ready," because I figured she was telling me there would be a wait since they were short staffed. The girl replies, "I just said we were short staffed," to which I replied, "But are you closed?" My colleague said you might as well just pull off. As I pulled away from the speaker, the girl said, "Come to the window". I pulled to the window where the girl was continuing to give rude customer service. Her colleague was there and he intervened to which she tried to justify her actions. He told her to walk away. The gentleman took my order then told me to pull into a parking space to wait for my food. There was NOT one customer in the drive thru (in front of nor behind me) nor inside and I had to park. While I was parked, I saw about five cars go to the speaker and immediately drive away. I went inside to check on my order and almost fell because the floor was so slippery! While I was in the restaurant, I heard that same girl tell every car that came through her drive through they were short staffed until 4! I would not recommend this Bojangles to anyone. If you are corporate reading this, your employee needs to be...
