Taco Bell — Restaurant in Charlotte

I don’t even want to give stars— like… hire new people that want to work! I wait in line like anyone else. , get to the window and order my food, 11 burritos, which wouldn’t have been different than me ordering a group box. The person taking my order was kind, but repeated what I ordered whereas someone in the back repeats, “She wants 11 burritos? “ Then goes on to says “She can’t get 11 burritos, Bruh. She can’t order no 11 burritos!” I ask. “Should I come in and order? I ask, “What’s the problem, because if I order the group box, it’s the same thing. Then, I got upset, and told whomever was was listening, “How professional is that?” I also said, “Never mind,” because by now, I feel like you’re going to drop my food on the floor or spit in it if I place my order… Why’ should I waste time and gas, to be serviced by someone that don’t want to serve me. I’m nervous by now.

The kid taking my order apologized and said it wasn’t him, but the damage was already done. Like, what?? I There’s too many people out here struggling, that’s needing something now, but can’t get it. Then you have people in positions that don’t even want it. I wet disappointing. I want the youth working and winning. Anything younger than 25 is a youth to me…. and you need to win in this crazy generation. But, your attitude gotta go. Don’t work in place that makes you unhappy, where you’re saying dumb sh** to people you don’t even know. Get you something that’s going to make you undeniably happy. I gotta enough drama in my own life, trying to keep my own kids in line. I don’t have the energy to reprimand a kid I don’t know, that don’t want to work. Please make...

I came through your drive thru & while I was ordering the young unprofessional little girl acted as though she had no patience from hello you ready to order, then I got to the window & the light skinned you lady that was packing smiled & spoke ( great customer service) but Rico at the window was still acting rude no greeting eyeballing me like I got on her nerves bc I chose your restaurant for my meal. So I called back after I chose to ignore her behavior and asked to speak to the manager which then a female took the phone I started to explain that my fries were cold & my chicken burrito was basically a mouthful of lettuce and sauce. In med conversation a man Fantavious ( the manager) started acting like I was speaking a new language making excuses & telling me he couldn't give me excess to your Corporate number, the name & number to your District manager. I drive for a transportation company & I am going to spread the word as much as possible that these ungrateful, unprofessional people work there & I'll be referring my customers, friends, & family to not give this location...

It's a Taco Bell/KFC so this review will be based on my expectations at that level of dining. We went at an off hour, walked right up to order. The order taker was new but immediately brought over help to get our order right for us. It's a bit difficult because we never order straight from the menu options. I order things that come with sour cream which I ask that they hold. My wife orders vegan which challenges some order takers.

They got all our orders right the first time without a lot of fuss. Always appreciated. They accidentally, gave me an extra taco which I had not ordered (or paid for) but they told me to keep it.

Their soda machine was a little confused... one drink was clearly not ma in ching the labelled drink on the machine. The Mountain Dew in Taco Bell's anywhere is rarely actually truly good... this one was ok. I've just grown to expect that and it almost seems like a franchise issue rather than the store.

All in all, fully met my expectations in a good way. Great crew on that day. Did not buy from the KFC side so no...
