China Fun — Restaurant in Charlotte

I placed an order for delivery and when I received my order the chicken wings smelled spoiled. I call and I asked for a refund, I was told I would need to come in to get it, I didn't feel like doing that so the girl told me they would exchange it and bring it to me. When the exchange comes it's a different person that came at first, now its a girl who's usually at the store and takes orders she always looks grumpy. So I give the girl the chicken because the girl that I spoke to on the phone told me to since they have to inspect it. The second batch of chicken wings smelt and tasted the same spoiled and sour which really ruined my appetite. I decided to throw out the food and my garbage, I go outside to the dumpster and as I'm coming back I see the CHICKEN WINGS in the bag I gave the girl in front of my complex on the ground in the grass. This was very DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. What was the reason for doing that ? I've ordered many times from this place and never had a problem I look at the reviews and alot of people are talking about this mean girl and I've always had a clue but I thought nothing has ever happened to me so I'm fine. It's just a matter of time before that rude bitter girl is rude to you. I and anybody I know will NEVER order from China Fun again. Teach your employees how to behave that girl is going to ruin business for you with that...

Ordered them on Doordash. I don't usually eat Chinese food, and it's for the same reason I'm leaving a bad review here: it tends to be low-effort, low quality food. It occasionally is really good depending on the location, but it's usually hit or miss, 0 or 100. I ordered the 4 seasons, basically 4 types of meat with rice. The beef was dry. The shrimp was okay. The zucchini was a good texture. What ruined it all was the extremely salty sauce that they put it in. It reminded me of what dog food tends to be in, this heavy, gravy-like sauce. It's awful and ruins the flavor of the food that's in it. I considered rinsing off the food to actually enjoy it. I can also taste what seems like the flour that's cooked with the food, like it wasn't thoroughly incorporated enough. The "fried rice" that's meant to go with it was yellow rice with hardly any included vegetable.

This restaurant is very nasty along with the managers personality as well and they messed up on your order she will give you a refund maybe but will not be nice to you I found a bug in my food see you just took the bug out to save the food most likely ready for resell. Asian restaurants I'm not like to be a refund or credit but yet they want your money? Should you be eating here?
