If you're on the hunt for a place that offers both delightful pizza options and a warm atmosphere, look no further than Cici's Pizza Buffet. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the exceptional friendliness of the staff.
Starting with the pizza selection, Cici's does not disappoint. For meat lovers, their chicken pizza options are a true delight. The BBQ Chicken Pizza stood out with its smoky, savory flavor, and tender chicken pieces generously spread over the cheesy crust. The Chicken Alfredo Pizza is another must-try, featuring a creamy alfredo sauce that perfectly complements the succulent chicken.
For those preferring vegetarian options, Cici's has a wonderful array of veggie pizzas that are both fresh and flavorful. The Veggie Pizza, loaded with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives, was a burst of freshness in every bite. The Spinach Alfredo Pizza was a delightful surprise, with its rich and creamy texture that made it an instant favorite.
The salad bar at Cici's is equally commendable, offering a variety of fresh, crisp vegetables and toppings. From crunchy cucumbers to vibrant cherry tomatoes and an assortment of dressings, there's something for everyone. The pasta options are also a hit, with the creamy mac and cheese being particularly noteworthy. It's the kind of comfort food that brings back nostalgic memories.
What truly sets Cici's apart, however, is the exceptional friendliness of the staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive, ensuring that the buffet is well-stocked and that diners are satisfied. Their commitment to providing a great dining experience is evident and greatly enhances the overall visit.
In conclusion, Cici's Pizza Buffet offers a fantastic blend of delicious food and outstanding service. Whether you're in the mood for some hearty chicken pizza, fresh veggie options, or a comforting bowl of pasta, Cici's has it all. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a place you'll want to visit again and...
Read more"Welcome to CiCis!", I expected to be yelled at you as you enter the doors. Maybe it's been sooooo long since I ate at a Cicis that this has changed. Instead I was greeted in normal tone at the cash register like any other place you visit. That was my first disappointment.
Moving along to the food and service. Food, yummy. They cook whatever pizza you request and are happy to do it. The salad bar looked wilted (like it had been left there overnight) and was not aesthetically pleasing enough to try.
That brings me to the service. The staff were very accommodating and gave great customer service. They even brought to my table a custom pizza I had ordered (included in the cost of the buffet).
The not so good - the place was not the cleanest. The floors felt sticky, the tables needed some attention (we wiped ours down ourselves). Maybe have some hand sanitizer strategically placed since it is a buffet and the utensils to grab food are shared by everyone eating. The restrooms - female - needed attention as well.
It's a maybe for me of I'll go again because even though I didn't like the environment, the food (pizza only) and customer...
Read moreIt's just not the best. Maybe because I am a spinach pizza fiend, which is super popular, but I feel like it is never made for the buffet like when I order to-go. The sauce/ cheese ratio to spinach is terrible. Just dry cardboard slices. I wish there was better quality control as well, frequently you end up with cold slices of a lot of things. The replacement of the spatula's could also be monitored a little better. I have been to some Cici's where they immediately put it back so the handle has minimal contact with the pizza which makes us all feel better. Although I understand the attempted shift to customers clearing there on tables, it hasn't been embraced and the restaurant needs to make a better contingency plan for it because the turnover with tables is not so great. Now everyone is friendly that works there, but it feels understaffed and is reflecting in quality of the...
