Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

This location sucks. The employees don’t care about making the food well at all. They either burn your food, or completely skimp on toppings you paid good money for. Not to mention one time I picked up a cheeses bread and got home to find out there was basically no cheese whatsoever on the cheeeesey bread. I’m talking a few shreds which were cooked onto the dry bread. I called in and complained about the poor quality of the food and they have never offered to make it right. Even if they had I’m sure the employees would remake the same shoddy food already received. If you want real Marcos pizza, true to the chain, go to the fort mill location on gold hill road. Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order that was supposed to take 13 minutes... at 3:00 on a thursday afternoon - not peak time by any stretch. 2 employees came outside and took a break while I was waiting. When I called to cancel the order because I was out of time, I was told that the system was down and they were just about to bring out my order. When I asked for a credit for my prepaid order, the gentleman was rude and hung up the phone as I was talking. First, last, and only time giving this location a try. Had an AMAZING experience at Marco's this evening. I placed a carry out order and when I went to pick it up it unfortunately was wrong. Somewhere along the line our order got read wrong and the wrong pizza was made. Rafael, who I am assuming is a manager, immediately apologized and started to make the pizza again. They made it very quickly and brought it out to us apologizing the whole time. To top it off he brought us a coupon for our next order and sent us home with the first pizza.
