This place is very understaffed. There was yelling from the moment we walked in. The hostess was practically begging someone to seat us. We were then told to walk to “that” table by pointing. Unprofessional. After waiting like 9 minutes, we were asked for drinks. The waitress barely knew what drinks they had. We received our drinks different to what she had described (extremely expensive by the way). Things were dirty. We had to wait a long while to order our food. The waitress did not write anything down and came back 6 minutes later to ask for our order again. When we received our food, which was okay, the meat was undercooked in some parts. Each of us had ordered a plate. One of the plates came when everyone else had been eating and when we asked for a box for the very late entree, the waitress was bothered. We proceeded to ask for a second box for some of the other left over food. She forgot. After ten minutes of waiting we asked another waitress who then yelled from our table at someone to give us a box and the check. Our original waitress came back and asked bothered if we had asked for another box. Yes, we did ask HER over twenty minutes ago. We received our check and at the bottom it said the tip was not included when it indeed was. Not only that, the tip is included AFTER 5 people not with 5 people. We talked to the cashier and she said there was nothing she could do. Tip is also included after $100 which we did not go over nor near. They most definitely did not deserve the amount charged for the tip. Apart from that mess, there wasn’t any knives or forks ready. This I understand since they are understaffed but to be annoyed at our asking for something to eat with or some milk for our coffee is rude and unprofessional. On the positive side, maybe their to-go service is better or just as bad. I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Also, no one was wearing masks as they spoke...

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. When we first moved here we loved going to this place because the food was good we stopped going because the service got worse and worse. Waitresses always get our orders wrong. We always said “good food, horrible service” so we stopped coming here for months. Recently we decided to give it another go and boy do I regret it. After putting an order through the phone where the waitress gave an attitude and didn’t even ask for a name, we show up to the establishment and my sister goes through to ask for her order and then 2 more waitresses ask her too. Now she’s waiting for almost 20 minutes standing there only to be told they never got that order. WHAT ?! How are you going to have a customer wait 20 minutes after telling 3 people what her order was only to tell her you don’t have it. If you never got the order you probably should have started making it 20 minutes ago when you found that out. Not have a customer wait standing 20 minutes. When I called to speak to the manager she goes on to lie to me and say that she never said anything about her order and didn’t ask anybody that it wasn’t until a waitress came up to her that she found out. STOP LYING ! She then goes on to say she called another location looking for the order , and went through her past calls , WHY ?! why not go ahead and start the order then ? Ok I went in to have a drink and order take out. First I was left at the bar until a second person came. I assumed there was a language barrier which is fine. The second person was not friendly or personable. She quickly said no to menu questions and never checked back to ask how was my drink or did I have any more questions on the menu. I am AFRICAN AMERICAN. I just brushed it off and just asked can I pay for order and quickly leave. She takes my card then leaves for 10 mins. Then she comes back and sais I charged your card for someone else's bill.let me give you cash for the difference.?????? Huh There was only 5 people at the bar. How you do that!!!!!
