I went into this location on a Friday on my lunch break and ordered an "Angry Whopper." When I got back to work I discovered they gave me the wrong order (a sandwich half the price of what I paid for). I tried calling on that same day 5 different times; no answer. I left work at 5:00 and went up there. Several employees were in the lobby and the doors were locked. I went back up to the location on Sunday and explained to the manager that I was given the wrong order and have made several attempts to contact the restaurant and even tried to come up there on that same day but the doors were locked. The manager accused me of lieing "we do not close our doors that early." After several minutes of being accused of being dishonest in front of several customers in line, a cook from the back heard our conversation and told her that they had a power outage on that day and the doors were locked. I received no apology from the manage and was then told that she will not replace the sandwich unless I had the other one (three days later). It wasn't until I asked for her district managers name before she stated she would replace my burger. When the burger was made, the manager put it in a bag and threw it on the counter without saying a word. Read moreJust had the worst experience at any fast food restaurant I think I've ever encountered as I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes listening to the manager over the intercom bark orders at her staff and now it's how many of the orders were screwed up yell into the intercom what order is she still needed proceeded to tell the gentleman in front of me that it was going to be a minute before she could take his order then proceeded to tell me she could not take my order they were too busy then as I question why she explained they only had one cook on a Saturday morning and she was too busy to take any more orders they were to backed up as then I started to question it she announced that she was the manager then try to talk over top of me and said forget it I'll take your order as I repeated my order 4 times she still couldn't get it correct and then when I asked if that was all or if I needed to leave she said wow and got very rude and said it was on the screen which it wasn't there wasn't anything on the screen after sitting then in line for another 5 minutes and behind for more cars I decided to leave without my food I'm now 15 minutes late for work needless to say I will never be going back to that establishment again I would suggest new management and I would suggest somebody who can train their Associates and who knows how to manage...

I knew BK had been skimping on whoppers recently and opened the wrapper quickly--not what I ordered at all. I called to the employee who had brought it out. No response. Also, no drink. So, knowing the sandwich was wrong, I ate some fries and waited. The drink finally came, but this employee took the whole bag, food that would be thrown away, and asked what I ordered. Another long wait. Sandwich came, correct this time, but no fries. I walked into the restaurant. I had been there a half hour or more at this point. Same person who asked what I ordered asked again. Then she said the bag she took away had onion rings. I said it has fries because I opened the bag. She opened a bag that had an order of fries with an onion ring among them, saying that's what she took. She then said, I quite, "don't be a smartass."
