A modern approach to the Asian fusion genre, Nguyen's Noodles adds a contemporary touch to the classical noodle dishes. "Give me a bowl of something good", that's all we want, right? Luckily for us, they deliver just that and more.

Starting from their humble beginnings of a food truck, they've transformed an old tea bar to a modern quick bite or to-go restaurant. They have their take on popular noodle dishes from the Asian regions and more. Adding fried favorites like fried tofu and chicken to French fries.

Their little patio space outside has a nice relaxing vibe allowing you to decompress from the craziness of the day. Sipping on a Vietnamese coffee (their House Speciality milk tea) with the spring breeze blowing, made us feel like we were sitting at a Paris cafe - albeit missing the baguette and macaroons. Maybe they can expand into this? No, actually, let's keep the simplicity. I'll take that over the overwhelming dishes many Asian fusion restaurants try to push on us. Not charging exorbitant prices either is a plus. Focus on what you're good at, and you'll shine. I'm excited to see the progress of this young couples endeavors into the Charlotte...

Awesome cozy place to hang out or work: boba tea and salted Vietnamese coffee was great, other boba drinks were awesome as well. Egg noodle stir-fried with beef is my favorite and have always been since the food truck days, all the dishes taste like something my dad would make me when I was younger, very nostalgic in flavor and always remind me of home. Support your locals people, and if you’re new to Charlotte or just visiting, I would highly recommend stopping by here to get a quick bite and some refreshing boba. Also they added a sweet dessert on the menu called Bingsu(a popular Korean shaved ice dessert), I got the mango bingsu with a cup of condensed milk to pour on top, absolutely majestic and bursting...

Half noodles and half tea, Nguyen's is in the strip mall next to the office park. The reviews got me here and through the door. I'm glad I stayed.

My wife and I both chose Pad Thai, mine with chicken and hers without. A huge portion, served quite hot and tasty. My only complaint is that while it had flavor and plenty of peanut sauce, it needed some zing. Adding spice or even offering it as a condiment would have really helped here.

Green tea was delicious and I love that I was asked how much sugar. Pro tip: 25% is not enough.

I was satisfied with the portion and the taste. I'd eat here again, but I think I'd bring my sriracha sauce with...

Paying $18 for two regular boba teas with up charge for oat milk since we’re vegan and can’t have cows milk just doesn’t seem worth it here. The teas were fine but nothing to write home about. But mostly just three stars because - I asked for less ice but still got regular amount filling half my cup and my husband and I got 1 tablespoon of boba pearls (see picture) which is significantly less than what we used to get with their previous management. If I’m paying almost $20, please make sure there is enough ingredients to account for that price. Quantity and quality seems unfortunately very different all of a sudden with this management change.

Meh, not bad but there are more flavorful options in Steele Creek for both teas and noods. Service was friendly but not super aware of the business. My husband and I were the only guests in the building and we had placed our order and Sat at a table. While we were waiting a man came in and stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes before walking out without any acknowledgement. I would recommend Paris Bang Mi or Bonsai Thai for noodles over Nguyen's. I would recommend moji tea or 1368 sweet corner cafe for tea.
