I arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order and was asked to come inside as they had not put anything together yet. They looked at my order and made some comments about the order being too large and the person at the counter called over another person to show him the order and he turned and asked who made a $100 order. I said it was my order and he began to ask why I would order so much food and made some impolite comments and complaints about it being “too damn big” in front of other waiting customers. I explained I was feeding my family of 5 and I was happy to wait as long as I got the order. They showed the order to other employees who then came to see who it was ordering all that food and I was pointed out for everyone to see.
I was told they had no juice boxes for the kids meals and was offered 3 small cups to get drinks for the kids. I said I did not want to give my kids (aged 5, 3 and 2) cups of soda and they said that was all they could offer. They then told me they had no cheese cakes. I was offered a different dessert and I declined and asked them to take it off my bill instead and they told me they cant and that I would need to go online to deal with that. So I did and was refunded (processing still) the roughly $8.
They tried to send me away without my 3 large drinks (one being the new lemonade not available at the fountain). I had ordered a coke zero from the app and asked about it and they told me that they don’t do that I needed to get diet coke. I tried, the liquid was clear and they said unfortunately it seems they are out of it and I would need to just do something else. I asked for straws as there were none at the fountain. They told me I would need to wait or I can just drink out of it like a normal cup. I left as I was already waiting there and embarrassed enough for what felt like forever but was likely just a few minutes.
When I got home and unpacked for dinner, one of the kids meals was missing the side of fries and all 3 were missing the advertised “toy” that came with kids meals.. Both 4 piece meals were missing the large fries. We received no condiments that were ordered in app and requested at the counter.
When trying to request a resolution in app it would not allow any further options since I was refunded for the 2 items I was told would not be there when I was in the store.
Contacting customer care i got the same response that I already accepted $8 refund so there was nothing more to be done other than to take note...

Got to the window @9:15, the young lady (manager said name was Zee) was totally confused as to how to find the mobile order. She told us it would be a minute, for her manager who WE THOUGHT assisted her. She returned to window and asked us to pull up. We did, after 15 minutes I stuck my head out of the window(in the rain) to ask when I should expect my order. No reply, waited another 10 minutes and asked again. She said in a few. Waited another 10 minutes then a different employee asked again ,” what we ordered, told her again. After 30 minutes and 8 cars that got their orders, I leaned out the window and asked again. 5 minutes later they bring us the wrong order. The RUDE young lady told me,” well she said this is your order.”. I told her it was not, we again told her what we ordered. After another 10 minutes I saw the manager in the window, stuck my head out again asking where our order was and if it was ready. She asked me to pull around (past the other waiting cars) and she would fix it… SERIOUSLY? So I did. As I pull up , she said ,” Now what was the order, we told her AGAIN. She proceeds to tell us,” they don’t have any of the chicken we ordered and it will be awhile to cook it (at this point they were to close in about 15 minutes). Needless to say- I was livid! Explained to her how unacceptable this was , she nonchalantly apologized ( her staff was glaring at me and my daughters as I was explaining how rude they were). She , the manager attempted to give us some chicken they had previously gave us and drinks that we actually had ordered , BUT(get this)…they didn’t have the drinks at all. She also had the nerve to tell me she needed to wait on the other customers behind me…laughable. I told her and she needed to know, I have been in this line (food free) for over an hour too. I said a few choice words (cuss free), and drove off. The clincher is: I have to wait 5-7 days for the refund -per their website. I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!! I will definitely call their corporate office tomorrow. I give this location 0 stars and will suggest ALOT MORE TRAINING . This whole night was...
Read moreWent here on 5/23/25. Arrived 845pm if not earlier there was still light outside when we first arrived. Ended up requesting a refund at 917pm. No food. My husband went in and he said no one even acknowledged him after 5 mins because he was testing how long it would take… my daughter & I suspected this would happen because he looks white although he is not but the idiots would not know that. He is Puerto Rican, but should that matter?? We tend to feel prejudice is only whites to blacks but it can be reversed. After 5-7 mins I went in (black woman) and I requested the refund did not hear a peep but a little mumbling. A very nice young man came & assisted and told the young lady at the window that took our drive thru order “this nonsense needs to stop we are here to make money not having to give refunds everyone needs to be at their stations instead of playing around”. The young girl laughed he turned around while at the register processing my refund and ‘said do I look like I am playing this is ridiculous and I am sick and tired of it!’ He kindly came over gave me the refund receipt, which I hope it will show by Tuesday considering its a holiday on Monday and I told him we have been her since 845 at the drive thru if not earlier look at the time he did and this is for 2 big box classic for $7.20. And he apologized twice. Just before this happen a gentlemen came into the restaurant, and was picking up his order that he placed I guess online, a black man he gives his name a female employee says to him “are you sure you did not put your order thru in a different name.” He stood there and looked at her. You don’t think ppl know there names! ROFL Unbelievable! From day one when this establishment opened it has ALWAYS been SLOW and we have had to wait 20 mins or more. I have not returned to this place since the time it opened because of that reason - till now 5/23 but after this experience I will never return the chicken is not that good.
