Terrible. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I’m sorry I bothered to order delivery from this place. Missing breadsticks and instead dropped off an unordered pizza that no one in the family can eat. I phoned the store and explained the mixup. The inept employee named Zachary, said “I’m sorry that happened.” Silence... So I prompted, “will you send the breadsticks or issue me a credit?” “Ummm.......... let me get the manager.” Long pause, then Zachary returns and says,” I’m sorry, we’re very busy, so the manager is unable to speak with you.” I replied “Really??? Too busy taking other orders to fix mine??? Is my order, already paid for, not as important to you as the next customer?” Another lengthy pause, then Zachary returns again claiming, “there’s no manager here presently. I guess he could call you another day.” So now we add lying to the mix... was the manager too busy? Or never really there? It’s really not about the breadsticks, it’s about the lack of customer service. Lack of basic training of front line employees. Lack of leadership on managements part. Lack of ownership from ANYONE. Read moreI called in my order on the phone a simple medium pepperoni pizza. I asked the person who answered the phone if it was in the Plaza shopping center next to Big Lots. They confirmed yes that is where they were located. My friend and I waited in the car for 30 minutes, as they told us that's how long it would Be. 30 minutes were up,, I went into pay for my pizza, told them the name and the guy behind the counter said I am sorry But you never called in an order. I double checked my cell to make sure the number was correct and showed the guy behind the counter my recent call to their location.
The guy was rude, and without saying a word turned around and walked away. I said Excuse me, this is the right location I verified it on my phone. I wanted to speak with the Person in charge, but was told he was. I wasn't going to argue. I had a tough day.
