Little Italy's Pizza — Restaurant in Chatham

They made our pizzas wrong. When I called to inform them of the error I was told to just keep the pizzas and that new ones would be brought out. So I fed my children the wrong pizzas so that they could eat. I then received a phone call telling me that they wanted the pizzas back as a swap for the new ones. I informed them that I had already given my kids some of the pizzas. When the guy showed up with the correct pizzas he was very rude about it and accused me of giving him empty pizza boxes. I told him that I had already fed my kids some of the wrong pizza and that I had told them on the phone. He proceeded to raise his voice demanding me to open the boxes. After he left I called to complain about the rudeness and was informed that the rude person was the owner. I'm sorry but a owner should never act like that towards a customer when it wasn't their error. We will never be ordering...

Normally We would have given them 5 stars. But tonight we received a delivery which was more than 2 hrs late! We were promised 45 min & understand there can be some small delays. But this was ridiculous! We have never been disappointed in the quality of their products. But again, to wait more than 2 hours for our food was very unexpected.
