McDonald's — Restaurant in Chatham

Well, I am now a semi-regular here as Hardee's pulled up stakes and we sure have had quite the history at this location over the past 30+ years of my kids and I living here.

Not all bad, nor all good.

Anyway it was a typical morning/early afternoon and I needed food and primarily something to drink. So ordered the App $6 meal of Crispie Chicken, with fries, Diet Coke.

Now I truly do not like their fries as many times their like balsawood at best. As for their new McCrispy Chicken...well, I have to pay more just so it will be adequate.

Also, I like to use Mayo with my fries, a trait I captured from my children's mother many years ago. Diet Coke is Diet Coke as long as they have the proper balance of syrup and games, etc.

To say I was shocked doesn't do today's experience the justice it deserves as....the fries were not only edible BUT RATHER TASTY!!

Ans they did pretty damn good on the sandwich.

Speaking of crusades! I've been on one when I discover they met their order aplication goals already.

What caught my attention was the fries were NOT the sticks of balsawood they have been since.... I mean that they were actually pretty damn good!

As for for the: ckcken, I basically decided that the sandwich with my requests helped this do so..

The employees at this location clearly were not trained properly. The food is always incorrect or cold. The fries are NEVER filled properly. If you make specifications they almost never get made the way you ask them too. The employees are always so incredibly rude. They either give you an extreme attitude or don’t even look at you. The high schoolers at night ESPECIALLY can’t do their jobs. These kids need to either learn how to do their jobs properly or they need to get fired. There’s a term called customer service for a reason and these employees CLEARLY have never heard of it. The environment in this location is always horrible. If you go inside you don’t even get LOOKED at for 10 minutes unless you start shouting out that you need assistance. You need new people or shut down this location all together. The service here has gone so far downhill in the last year it’s so awful. Asking for hot fries will only get you burnt recooked old fries, being nice about it is worthless because employees are told that the customers are the problem when in all actuality not wanting crusty old food should be the standard. Being willing to wait for hot fries and being nice about it should be enough. Paying $30-$50 dollars to feed a family shouldn’t mean feeding them crusty old garbage. It’s so pathetic I just want food that isn’t cold or so old that it’s crusty and hard. I come to McDonald’s so my standards aren’t even that high and I’m easy to please so it shouldn’t even be hard. For every 10 terrible meals I have made 1 complaint and not once has this location reached out or tried to make it better.
