Ninja Hibachi and Sushi — Restaurant in Chatsworth

If you want to be sick, this is the place for you!! I ate the summer roll. A couple of hours later I felt sick. I threw up for almost 30 minutes. So, I think maybe, just maybe I have a virus. I try it again the next day because I'm hard headed. I eat the vegetable tempura. Guess what? Same song, different verse.

If you go and it's take out, check your order BEFORE you leave, I'm sure something will be missing. Of course, it'll be the two most expensive items. You can't tell them without an argument from the owner AND the cook. The owner said there's no way they can see what you ordered, so how do they they what to charge? The cook said everything was there. I told them again what I didn't get. If nobody can see the order, then how could the cook "know" as our order was almost $40.00. It's impossible to see what you ordered on the website; I couldn't anyway. There were so many good reviews we hought we couldn't go wrong. We did go wrong. I was rather dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The "fried rice" that I paid $1 extra for was just white rice with a little fried egg. Very dry and bland. The General Tso's Chicken was tasty but I'm pretty sure I could get the same meal from the freezer section of the grocery store. The only vegetable served was three small pieces of raw broccoli. I'm not big on fast-food but I think I would have preferred McDonalds over this meal. Gordan Ramsey definitely would have called this a nightmare. The server assigned to my table may have been new because he didn't seem like he was very knowledgeable of the dishes but there was one young lady who was very helpful and pleasant. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked but it to be but it is better then Waffle House so they're at least doing better there anyhow. All and all, I won't be going back and can't really give any kind of good review at this...

I hold no joy in giving poor reviews. In this case I must speak up. The service that myself and my coworkers received today was not only nonexistent it was abhorrent!!! When the issues of the incorrect orders or sitting for almost an hour waiting on food, getting the bill before we received our food etc... we're brought to the managers attention, it was simply turned around to be blamed on the customers. The actual food was pretty good but I will not ever be back. When I spend $30.00 for lunch in a place like Chatsworth Georgia, I expect in the least for my order to be correct and for things to come out in a timely and chronological order. Somehow this is too much to ask!! I would expect the rude and even the expense in Chicago or Atlanta but Chatsworth? I can eat cheaper and actually be welcomed a lot of other places around here. No...
